I wanted to share a new Christmas project I did for a special customer. Her husband wanted something special for her. We used a pattern I created and tweaked a few things for this project.
Love the look. The red leather contrasts with the black leather perfectly creating a classy and elegant design. The two outside pockets give a pop of color plus it fits a phone perfectly.

Belly Holster
A long time customer had a belly holster he wanted to have updated. I made a leather holster and attached it to the wrap for better support. it came out pretty nice. The 3rd picture is of the original belt and the leather I used to create this project.

Wanted to share another new creation for a new customer. She enjoyed the decision process of creating the bag design, to leather types and color, straps, zippers, inside pockets, outside phone pocket, and hardware. This has a shoulder strap and a hand strap for whichever way she chooses to wear it. Classic look.

New tote bag designs. I have a large assortment of cow brands that I saved over the years hoping to do something with. Two long time customers were in my shop a couple of weeks ago. I had the brands out and after some conversation he suggested putting them on a tote bag I was making for his wife. This is the end result. I decided to make several additional ones for you to choose from. What a great idea he had.
* I put the brand on the outside pocket.
* There is also an inside pocket to hold essentials.
* These will hold tablets and small laptops.

I have added a new design to my journals/notebooks. An added flap with magnetic closure gives a fresh new look, as well as keeping the pages from opening unless you want them to. I can hand stamp anything you want on the back. Name, sayings, Bible verses, quotes, dates, etc.

A customer wanted small bags made to give to her granddaughters for Christmas gifts. They all three came to the shop to design what they wanted. The two young ladies selected the leather (inside and out), hardware, handles/straps, and size they wanted. Can't wait to hear how they like them.

This customer brought me a picture of a bag she really liked, but wanted a custom designed leather bag rather than buying off the shelf. We sat down, put our heads together, and came up with this creation.

A bit of nostalgia in these designs. A customer wanted 10 bracelets with the peace sign as a focal point. I've used black and brown leather as the base, and many different exotic leathers for the background coloring. Interesting visuals of color combinations. Let me know what you think.

Join us and many other artists June 14, 15, and 16 for the Northeast Georgia Arts Tour. This 3 day event covers several counties and many locations. We are going to be at The Hollow Log here in Cornelia along with other local artists. There will be live demonstrations, meet the artists, see their creations, and of course purchase your favorite pieces.

In this post I thought I'd share some photos of where all the magic happens. This is my leather shop here in Cornelia. I have a large work space, inventory space, finished product area, and an area for my clients and me to sit and put ideas to paper. I spend a great deal of my time here.
