The TM Crew is a 501c3 nonprofit dedicated to rescuing senior dogs. Our mission is that no senior dog dies alone or abandoned.

We surround them with love and care until the very end. We focus is on hospice care and quality of life for each dog we rescue.

Helping post to get this sweet girl some attention. Unfortunately her family needs to rehome her. We all know how hard that is and especially for larger older dogs. The last thing I want is to have her end up in the wrong hands or at a shelter. 💛

Everyone meet Rey. She is around 8 or 9 years old. Her favorite thing to do is snuggle. She’s an energetic girl at times but she also has a sweet, calm side to her and is the biggest snuggle buddy around. She just wants nothing more than your love. She’s crate trained, potty trained, not possessive over anything, very good with all dogs and cats, loves to play and go on walks. But snuggles are her favorite thing. Please reach out if you know anyone looking to add a new dog to their family. She sounds pretty perfect to me. Just look at her sweet eyes 💛

Peaches previously known as Angel is truly living her best life with her new family. She spent the holiday in Cabo San Lucas. My heart is so happy for you . You had such a tough start losing the only family you ever knew. Peaches was grieving and had the worst separation anxiety I had ever experienced and I too top it off she was attacked by a coyote while walking on a leash with her foster. She luckily survived but it was a long recovery and scary for all involved. Thank you .ari . I couldn’t have asked for a better life for peaches because of you. 💛

Potty Trained: Yes. No accidents at home. No accidents in car.
RoadTrips: Good on car rides. Likes looking outside the window and napping in the car.

Temperament
Around Babies: Doesn’t pay them any mind.
Around Kids: Good around kids
Around Adults: Good around strangers
Around Cats: Curious, but doesn’t fully approach.
Around Dogs: Playful. Only barked 1x since I’ve had her.

Tricks
Nena knows how to sit.
Knows how to stay. Working on long distant “stays”.

Our sweet Biscuit now called Little Peanut is off to her forever home. I’m going to miss that little granny but I couldn’t have asked for a better home for her. Her new mom arrived with a new sweater and dog bed for her ride home. We love you baby girl. You no longer have to die alone in a scary shelter. You will be spoiled from here on out. 💛

Our sweet senior Kevin is still looking for his forever home or foster. He would be perfect for someone that loves to cuddle. Kevin maybe blind but he gets around the house great. Can you believe this is the same sweet Granny Biscuit? Talk about a glow up. Thank you for taking such great care of our special senior.

It’s heartbreaking to know the neglect this sweet granny went through before being rescued. I wish more people treated each pet with love & care 💛

Granny Biscuit and her favorite bed. I love watching her settle in. Especially after seeing how anxious she was the first day we had her. She is doing so well now and loves feeling safe again. No 16 year old dog deserves to be dumped at a scary shelter. I wish more people understood what they go through when being dumped. It’s heartbreaking.

Biscuit iJustFoodForDogs up and is loving her . Biscuit lost almost 2 lbs being at the shelter and not wanting to eat. Now she wants food all of the time. She woke me up at 2am to eat again. I’m letting this sweet senior have whatever she wants before she heads to her forever foster. I have a feeling she will be the boss in their home 💛

If you choose to rescue animals, I am going to give you some sound advice - Grow thick skin and don’t care what people think of you. I have known people to lose the battle with their minds. Compassion fatigue is real, but nothing is worth your life. No pet. No rescue. No person’s opinion. Nothing.

In rescue, that person that tells you what an angel you are and how wonderful you are every time you pick up a stray pet thrown at their door will also be the first person who tells people how your organization is worthless when you don’t have space to pick up the 30th pet thrown off on their property. It’s ok.

In rescue, the adopter that leaves you the five star review about how wonderful everyone has been will change that review quick when they return the pet even though you have spent hours trying to keep it in their home. One star reviews are ok.

In rescue, your friend will be your friend until you deny their application for a pet because they are a great friend but a terrible pet owner. That’s ok too.

In rescue, you will answer 143 calls in a day (yesterday to be exact). But if you miss 6 calls in a row while you are in the shower, you will be the one who “never answers their phone”. It’s ok.

In rescue, other rescuers and random trolls will judge everything you do but never have time to pitch in a hand to help when they see something needing more attention. They will, however, have lots of time to talk about how they’d do it better while they harass and judge you. It will be ok.

In rescue, you will have to involve animal control and the police department sometimes. The people who you take pets from will hate you - and I mean REALLY hate you. Trust me, it’s ok.

In rescue, pets will be put down and pets will die at the hands of abusers. We can’t save them all - and that’s ok. We save the ones that we can and pray for peace for the ones we can’t.
