According to the U.S. Surgeon General, staying socially active in group activities -- like dog shows, handling classes or agility and obedience training -- has proven health benefits.
You can use the Grouper benefit to help cover the cost of any group activities that keep you socially connected and healthy. If you’re 65 or older, you may qualify for the Grouper benefit in your current health plan. Here’s how it works:
