Today’s rant…..

I don’t understand some people. Ok so I’m over the top when it comes to animal rescue. I admit it.people are “pro life” as long as it’s human life. Arent dogs, cats & horses alive? They have hearts and feelings and attachments to their people…..so how can people live with themselves when they CHOOSE to do horrendous things to these creatures? Sometimes I wanna yell “they are more human than you are!”.

My friend koren & I drove several hours yesterday to pick up a tiny little kitten that had been tossed onto the center divider of a 4 lane road. Why? Because she has a birth defect that makes her basically a 3 legged kitten. I don’t think she is more than 4 weeks old. Shes sweet & affectionate. I can’t stand the thought of her having been hit and killed. What kind of a coward does this? Luckily, this kitten had a guardian angel who saw something moving in the road as she was going by and stopped traffic to pick her up. Lucky little thing…..
