So update for those who are worried!

My water broke!
I am not in active labor. What this means is- basically - I live here at the hospital until baby boy is here. And even then I’ll likely stay here because he’s very likely going to be a NICU baby.

That being said, Baby Shower might change a tad, as it’s set for June 9th, I’m set to still be in the hospital.

With these rapid changes we’ve decided to post my baby registry here and take everything day by day. Which is honestly all we can do.

Called our veterinarian and they said to watch for symptoms and use probiotics for a few days and disinfect and sanitize all food bowls and dispose of pet waste properly and practice proper hand washing.

If anyone has any questions about making a switch to another pet food please don’t hesitate to reach out! I am working with canine nutritionists for better alternatives that won’t hurt the wallet!

All Victor Dogfood Flavors have a nationwide recall for salmonella contamination.

Your pet can give you this bacteria! It IS contagious!
Via saliva or f***s. (If you don’t thoroughly wash your hands after feeding your dog you can get it or if your dog kisses you!)

Pets do not always display symptoms when infected with Salmonella, but signs can include vomiting, diarrhea (which may be bloody), fever, loss of appetite and/or decreased activity level. If your pet has these symptoms, consult a veterinarian promptly.

Most people with Salmonella infection have diarrhea, fever, and stomach cramps. Symptoms usually begin six hours to six days after infection and last four to seven days. However, some people do not develop symptoms for several weeks after infection and others experience symptoms for several weeks.
