I would like everyone to meet miss Roxie!!! She is a pit mix and recently got sick. Her best friend ( a 14 yr old girl) and her grandma took Roxie to the vet this morning. Unfortunately they found a mass on her left rear ni**le area. They are afraid it’s cancer but need to do surgery to remove it and see. The surgery costs $800 and the family really could use the help financially. They spent what they had today on her visit and meds. Anyone willing to help or able to help you can send money to our PayPal. Our goal is $800 and we will update on Roxie as often as possible. We real want to help Roxie and her family ❤️

It is with great sadness and through many tears I type this!! Our precious Odin left this world to be with our father in Heaven at 7 a.m. this morning. His momma , Stephanie, was with him and at the vet.
Odin finally got to experience love in his life for once!! From all his fans and supporters!! Especially from his mom Stephanie and her family! He was so loved by us all ❤️🐾 I think that’s why he hung on this long. He wanted to show us all he appreciated our love! He is now somewhere where he is pain free and can run and play! We love you Odin (aka fletcher) Hanks Place will never forget you! Say hello to our boy Hank for us!

UPDATE: This handsome boy is going to Beagles R Us rescue. He is getting picked up at 330 today. Thank you everyone for the shares and comments!

Ok rescue peeps and animal lovers!! Some friends found this baby and kept it for awhile for stray hold hoping owners would come forward. Sadly nobody came looking for this baby boy! So now it’s time to find him a loving home.
Since he was originally found stray we will not know things like how old, what he is used to eating, medical history etc… he does seem to do well with people, kids and other dogs. No I do not know how he does with cats.
Soooo is there a rescue or loving home looking for a cute male beagle?

Teamwork is what the animals need and what makes things better for them! Today was a great example!! We coordinated with Brave Breed Rescue and Michele Michelle Alexander an amazing transporter. Together Jaxx was transported from Florida to Columbus where he is at his new forever home tonight ❤️ his mom recently passed away and we had to get this boy to an amazing home. He was adopted a few years ago from the Miami county animal shelter. We love you Jaxx ❤️🥰

Hanks Place appears to have a couple stalkers from the Miami County Animal Shelter. It appears they just can’t forget about me 😂😂 especially Abby Daughtery who hates doing her job, can’t physically even catch a dog and just kisses the new managers butt as much as possible. Even Rob Craft the manager is on here seeing what we do and what we post. I tried to help them locate a lost dog and got them owner information on a dog that was abused/dumped yesterday. What is their response?? Oh my we got to see if she still has access to Spillman (law enforcement database)😂🤣😂 nope sure don’t go ahead and check!! Instead of focusing on helping dogs they focus on what I’m doing. They even questioned why I helped Odin and won’t come help them with a Cane Corso they have 🤔 maybe because they both lied on me and their lies didn’t work🙌😂
So we will be changing Hanks Place to a group soon that’s private thanks to those two. We will continue to help dogs as I wish they would instead of wasting time worrying about what I’m doing. So to the kind honest people here we will send you all friend requests to our new group in the next day or two. Our focus here will remain on the animals not what others are doing!

Good evening. We have had a couple people message about Odin and wanted to see how he’s doing.

Odin {Now Fletcher} is doing so so well! He is living with his siblings and follows his mom around everywhere! He goes for walks and has a nice healthy bark from time to time! This handsome boy is living his best life and we all are to thank for that!! We miss him but love the updates and photos!

We appreciate everyone asking about him and know he’s doing so well! Thank you Stephanie Gentry for sending us some pupdates!

Would like to have everyone join me in wishing my Hanks Place - Partner in Crime a VERY HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! I appreciate you and all you do for everyone and every animal you come in contact with!

In honor of Sarah’s birthday today let’s see if we can get our Go Fund Me growing to get our new shelter space and fencing for Hanks Place!

Folks please keep in mind we can not monitor Facebook 24/7 as we both work. We try our hardest to check messages and keep everyone posted. Odin Update:
His tumor on his neck ruptured this morning. Hid mom rushed him to the vet and he is all fixed up now. He is home resting and giving new mom kisses ❤️

The vet called today with some test results. There was some blood in Odins urine & infection. So starting him on a different antibiotic tomorrow. Will also be putting him on heartworm prevention 30 day tablet.

Odins bill was able to be paid in full today from donations. Thank you to everyone that donated. He will be on some meds to help keep him comfortable and another visit next week. We are very low on funds now. Less then $100 in PayPal account so if anyone can help please donate and share Odins story. I just want him to be happy and comfortable until the end.

It’s with great sadness that I must say unfortunately Odin has several masses in his abdomen. They are now doing an ultrasound to make sure they are not attached to anything. He is eating/ drinking and going to the restroom fine. No heartworm and not a diabetic.
We will be looking for a hospice home for Odin for those that have inquired. Somewhere for him to live out the remainder of his days happy and spoiled. There will be medical costs as he will need monitored with the masses. At this time we do not feel he is in pain and will continue care until his last forever home is found.

So far Odin is heartworm Negative and not a diabetic!!!!! His left eye is fine. His right eye is enlarge for some reason but eye pressure is ok when they tested it so there should not be pain. Now for the X-rays to check for masses in chest/body! Lots of prayers 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Tomorrow Odin goes to the vet at 215 pm and hopefully we get more information/news on his condition. I’d like to have bloodwork, X-rays, heartworm test and any other medical tests done that he needs. We have a budget of around $400 right now. If you have not donated and can please do. Or call the vet and donate straight to his account.

Money donated so far has gone to first vet visit, food, supplements, bed, treats and anything else he needed. Thank you all for the amazing support and love! This would not be possible without all of you!
