This is a second auction offering. These pieces were donated by one of our members. We are entering the holidays, so buy a gift for a collie lover in your life, or buy a gift for yourself!

This is a trio of whites - a merle, a tri and a sable. All are 7 inches tall. They are made of lightweight pottery with no identifiable branding. The auction begins now and will run through Saturday 11/22 at 8 pm. 100% of your purchase will directly support the care of our collies. Not surprisingly, veterinary care is our single largest expense.

The shipping will be $20, as these will require much packing, and shipping has become quite costly. We are beginning the auction at $75 for this lovely trio. Higher bids that follow should be in $5 increments. Pls do not make other comments in posts because it creates havoc with sequential bidding. It has been several months since our last online auction. One of our members is parting with some of her collection, and we thought followers might wish to do some holiday shopping. Buy a gift for someone with a collie or for yourself!

This is a family of merles made from a lightweight pottery with no cracks or breaks. The year 1997 is listed on the bottom of one of them. The auction begins now and will run through Fri 11/21 at 8 pm. There will be more pieces listed like these along with some Mosser collies and possibly other pieces. The shipping will be $15, as these will require much packing and the cost of shipping has become quite high. We are beginning the auction at $25 for this lovely family of colloes. Higher bids that follow should be in $5 increments.

Remember that 100% of your purchase directly supports the care of our collies. Not surprisingly, veterinary care is our single largest expense.

Beautiful Princess Freya had a spa day today. You may recall that we have posted about her before. She is one of our permanent fosters, and her equally beautiful mom Lisa was kind and generous enough to open her heart and home to this pretty gal. Freya came with multiple issues and was very skittish. With the help of an excellent trainer and Lisa, Freya has made significant progress. Could they look any happier?

We have another gal in need of similar assistance. Please contact our foster director Doug at [email protected] for more info. We will supply the trainer. All we need is one person with a big heart to supply the love and encouragement. Could you be that person?

Drumroll please! The votes were carefully counted, and the winning collie of our 2026 calendar cover is handsome Griffin. Griffin’s human is Kevin Rhoades.

We had a hard time deciding on finalists because we had so many photos submitted to us this year. We featured our finalists on our back cover. Congrats to all! Special thanks go to Chris Rheaume and Lisa Cacciatore for their joint efforts to produce our calendar. They did an outstanding job. ❤️🐾

We have an emergency situation. We need a kind soul to take in 2 of our foster collies (they are brothers) for a week or so to recover from kennel cough. (Only one has it currently.) They are located in Franklin MA. Said kind soul must not currently have dogs because of the risk of exposure. Nostalgia alert! Rhode Island residents may recall the show ‘The Salty Brine Show.’ The show was a RI institution. We are told a big part of the show featured a collie named Jeff.
