WE ARE RUNNING LOW ON KENNEL SPACE!

Our Colorado Springs and Pueblo shelters have taken in 148 dogs in the last five days. Our intakes are steady at nearly 30 dogs a day. This isn't usually a problem, but unfortunately, for our dogs, adoptions have been very slow.

Our dog kennel space is filling up fast, and we need help from our community to encourage adoptions!

We have puppies from two months old to sweet seniors at 15 years old and active running buddies to happy couch potatoes! With this many dogs in our care, we are sure to find the perfect pup for you.

If you aren't looking to adopt right now, sharing this post is the next best thing, as you may help us reach someone who is! If you are interested in adding a furry family member, please consider stopping by the shelter and meeting one (or two) of our dogs who deserve a second chance!

One of the Pet Food Pantry volunteers gave Harley a dog treat. He is excited and knows that he has more plus kibble and canned food to go home with.

Your generosity is greatly appreciated. Distribution is tomorrow April 22 from 2- 5 at the Little Chapel Food Pantry. Spread the word so that no one has to give up their "Best Friend" because they cannot afford to feed them.
