-We accept PayPal, Money Orders, Checks, Credit cards and Cash. Payment must clear prior to shipping. If paying by Mail we recommend you add delivery confirmation so that order can be tracked in case of misplacement.
-We do not offer payment plans for under $299 and under. Payment plans require a 20% down NON refundable deposit sent via PayPal friends/family or payment will be sent back. All Square credit card transactions will incur a processing fee . ~30 day payment plans $300-499
~60 day payment plans $500-999 (Any payment plan lasting longer than 60 days, the buyer is to pay for feedings.)
~90 day payment plans $1000 and up
Longer payment plans may be available but the terms must be discussed with us prior to entering into a longer term payment plan.
-Deposits are ONLY refundable if something happens to the animal prior to shipping.
-Deposits are NOT refundable if you back out of a payment plan or change your mind, no matter the circumstances. If you back out of a payment plan or change your mind, your funds can be transferred to any other animal we have available. Unfortunately they cannot be refunded. If we are sold out for the year, you will have a standing credit with us till the following season. If you break a payment plan or failed to meet the terms in which we agreed upon. You must make contact with us within 7 days to discuss the situation. We understand things in life come up. If you fail to make contact with us within 7 days, the terms of the payment plan will be terminated and that animal will no longer be available to you. At that time you will have a standing credit with us towards another animal but will not be able to enter into another payment plan longer than 30 days.
-Shipping is via FedEx or Delta Dash depending on size of the reptile. FedEx shipments are ONLY Monday-Wednesday. No exceptions. Buyer pays all shipping & insurance costs. We use Ship Your Reptiles via FedEx to ship small reptiles. All of their guidelines must be met prior to shipping to avoid cancelling the insurance placed on all packages. Pickup at the nearest hub to you is preferred but not necessary but is required for shipping when temperatures are over 85° on the receiving end. Refunds on any animal(s) are not available because of possible delays in shipping due to the weather. We will gladly hold the animal(s) until it is safe to ship. We will only guarantee live arrival of animal on first delivery attempt. We require an adult to be present at residence/location at time of delivery.
-We guarantee s*x, health, and genetics of all animals. Upon arrival, we ask that you check the animal over. If you notice anything is wrong please contact us immediately. If no contact has been made within 24 hours of arrival, we assume you are happy with the animal(s) and no longer take responsibility for them.
-We can decline your right to purchase the animal at any time during the payment plan. If we feel you are not qualified to handle or provide proper housing for the animal. At which time you will receive a refund for payments made. By placing a deposit or purchasing any animal or animals you are agreeing to our terms of service.
