OVER 100 DOGS RESCUED FROM MAN ARRESTED FOR ANIMAL CRUELTY

On Monday, a team consisting of Walker County Sheriff’s deputies, Greater Birmingham Humane Society, Jasper Animal Shelter, Walker County EMA, Walker County Humane Society, and Saragossa Fire Department, executed the animal cruelty search warrant.

While the search warrant was being executed, deputies tracked the suspect to a location near the bowling alley in Jasper.

The suspect was taken into custody and the 11 dogs in his vehicle were picked up by the Jasper Animal Shelter.

Orville Brian Nailer, age 53 of Nauvoo, was arrested for 28 counts of Animal Cruelty in the 2nd degree. Nailer also had a warrant for failing to appear in court on a Driving while Suspended ticket.

The team continues to rescue dogs at the original search location.

I am on special cat food purina one urinary tract 1/4 cup dry food and 2 cans of urinary tract wet a day. I have urinary tract issues.
I am a sweet loving boy that loves to snuggle. Im gray and white. I am litter box trained but sometimes with my urinary tract I will use outside the litter box. I just need a good loving home that will protect me love on me and take good care of me. He would be good in a one on one human.I love to play as well with toys
