Petland... I'm not sure if any of you have visited one of these stores. As a dog lover, I strongly advise against it. 🐾You'll fall in love: You'll want to take every adorable dog home with you 🧼The conditions are concerning: You'll witness the often subpar living conditions these dogs endure 💰 They're treated like products: It becomes painfully clear that these animals are seen as commodities rather than living beings I visited one in Ohio and cried leaving. If you do your own research you will find a lot of there dogs are from puppy mills and often lie about where their dogs are ACTUALLY being sourced. While I was visiting with a boxer, I had papers handed to me that claimed to show the dog’s history. The documents looked so quickly done.. I’m not sure it just all put me in an off mood. I then over heard a staff member discussing a $3000 starting fee for a dachshund, which seemed incredibly high and really misleading. Absolutely insane.
