Jay Folse giving his RaSh Kennel pup, “Link” some squirrel exposure.
Due to dog allergies the Sloan’s had to find RaSh’s Link a new home. He’s going to La. This is what they had to say about Link.
“We are so excited that we found the perfect home for Link. He will be able to do what he was bred to do on a regular basis. I’ll send you a video I took this morning with him treeing again. Shortly after I took this I looked out my window and saw him on the tail of another squirrel. Sure am gonna miss him but so thankful for this new home. It’s bittersweet.
I’m so amazed this guy is willing to drive all the way up from Louisiana but he said “I know how difficult it is to find a good hunting dog and I can tell you’ve got a good one there.”So thank you for knowing how to breed these dogs to be the best I’ve ever seen!”
After seeing this video this was his response: “Holy smoke. He will be a dream to train. It sometimes takes years to get one to this point. Some never do it at all. “

Sam just turned a year old in August, so he ought to be lighting it up this year. He said Sam will sit, stay, fetch, and rings the bells on the door when he wants go outside. He also said there’s no fear in him, he ain’t scared of the devil himself. It’s great to hear that these RaSh kennels pups are doing well.

“Rash’s Cedarwood Cirro Ken” Wooing the ladies. He’s the newest addition to Rash Kennels, “Cirro” is a son of SGrSqCh, SGrTrCh, GrCh. Reserve World Champion, Cedarwood Bo and GrSqCh Cedarwood Barbie Doll. Doll finished 9th in the 2021 UKC World Hunt, and was the second high scoring dog of the hunt (guess who she drew out against.) I’m excited about the future of this Little fellow.
Brad Palmer sent me this little clip from over in Mississippi of this Music x Raven pup. He had this to say about his Rash Kennel pup.
“I took Capone midday Sunday, and he got one treed. He hunts, and listens real good. Gonna be a natural. I haven’t fooled with him a whole lot. We’ll be killing some squirrels soon !”
Got this six week old litter out on the grass for the first time. Turned the older pups out with them. We all enjoyed ourselves. First time I’ve been able to get out with them in five weeks due to my back injury. But I’m on the mend, hopefully I will be able to post some more updates. I’d be glad to discuss any of these with you. The older red brindle will soon be on her way to the Carolinas though, I actually did this video for her new family.
