“We are so excited that we found the perfect home for Link. He will be able to do what he was bred to do on a regular basis. I’ll send you a video I took this morning with him treeing again. Shortly after I took this I looked out my window and saw him on the tail of another squirrel. Sure am gonna miss him but so thankful for this new home. It’s bittersweet.
I’m so amazed this guy is willing to drive all the way up from Louisiana but he said “I know how difficult it is to find a good hunting dog and I can tell you’ve got a good one there.”So thank you for knowing how to breed these dogs to be the best I’ve ever seen!”
After seeing this video this was his response: “Holy smoke. He will be a dream to train. It sometimes takes years to get one to this point. Some never do it at all. “
Ben Cantrell’s RaSh Kennel pup starting to figure it out.
Mr. Burke this link should take you to our Facebook. We posted a video of Trixie working out our sheep. She has done so well learning how to round them up for us and she will even catch the ones that slip out of your hands. She is also treeing like nobody's business. She truly is one of a kind and a quality animal that I am super proud to own. Thank you for your breeding program it truly is turning out great animals!

Jody Hope is doing a little tune up for fall, to hot to hunt outside so “Hope’s Rash’s Sam” is doing a little treeing in the living room. Jody said He treeed his first squirrel at two months old. Sam just turned a year old in August, so he ought to be lighting it up this year. He said Sam will sit, stay, fetch, and rings the bells on the door when he wants go outside. He also said there’s no fear in him, he ain’t scared of the devil himself. It’s great to hear that these RaSh kennels pups are doing well.
What a great mix of musician songwriters, Marla Cannon-Goodman, sang about dads like me cleaning their gun while meeting their daughters new boyfriend. Emma Zinck is always a crowd favorite singing about getting over heartaches and setting yourself free. Claire Cunningham, brought her Irish roots to reminded us to not judge a book by its cover, and finding our strength in God.
Where else can you hear a song about “Goat Tying?” Well Chancie Neal, sang to the crowd about the Louisiana Rodeo lifestyle Running Barrels and tying goats. This Song Writers set was both fun and inspirational, Sorry you missed it!!

An update on Caleb’s Birthday surprise. He’s got her started, and she’s less than six months old. I may hire this young man as my next trainer. Keep up the good work, and keep us posted on your progress.
Parents are figuring out how to keep young folks out of trouble. I’m not saying this fine young man was ever in any trouble. But, he is taking on the responsibility of caring for this pup, raising it up and training it to be a squirrel dog. Then they’ll be in the woods enjoying the great outdoors, getting exercise, and fresh air, and just enjoying the bond they’ll share.

Brad Palmer sent me this little clip from over in Mississippi of this Music x Raven pup. He had this to say about his Rash Kennel pup. “I took Capone midday Sunday, and he got one treed. Got this six week old litter out on the grass for the first time. Turned the older pups out with them. We all enjoyed ourselves. First time I’ve been able to get out with them in five weeks due to my back injury. But I’m on the mend, hopefully I will be able to post some more updates. I’d be glad to discuss any of these with you. The older red brindle will soon be on her way to the Carolinas though, I actually did this video for her new family.
