It smells so good! First tea of the season. 5 years ago, I had no idea there were so many varieties of mint, all herbs in general, i assumed they only had one or 2 types. I thought there was only one type of rosemary, one type of lavender. I was so silly in my thinking. I knew there were different types of parsley and thyme from cooking. I'm have fun adding all these different types of herbs to the garden. Here's my mint collection. People warn about planting in the garden, but I don't care, I love it and use it.
