Makers Market is in the Making so while I practice with my laser printer save the date for August 3rd 2024. In addition to cool craft vendors we are also adding Vintage goods including original sewing patterns from the 60’s, 70’s, 80’s and craft and quilting fabric grab bags for sale. Add in our goodies and swag bags that you can get for attending and this will be sure to be a craft lovers dream. So grab your crafty friends and come hang out with us for the afternoon. The much requested Blue Heeler is now available at syntryz.com. Last week my embroidery machine broke while I was trying to make this pattern but thanks to Quality Sewing in Mesquite they got my machine back together again and I picked it up on Friday and was able to make a new set. Come visit me at the Forney market this Saturday. It’s supposed to be a beautiful day to be out and about. I’ll be in spot 68 which I’m so grateful for all the hard work of the organizers cause it will take a lot of stress off to know what area I’ll be in. Now just got to finish packaging keychains.

So far this one is my favorite of my release. I broke my embroidery machine last week but get it back tomorrow. If I have time tomorrow I’d like to get one more pattern done that I was working on when it broke. So stay tuned. It’s a request I’ve had many ask for.

What you don’t see behind the scenes: This pattern alone took me 3 hours. And I had to babysit the machine the whole time since when I left just for 5 min to water my plants, the fabric folded over from the blouse and got the foot hung up and broke the needle. I also broke another needle when the thread got stuck another time so now I need to order more needles. Thankfully I’m use to fixing many mistakes and I love how it came out. I just wanted to share cause just because the machine is helping do the embroidery which is amazing!!! There is still a lot of work involved.

I’m absolutely in love with this embroidery design. I just purchased it this week from emblibrary and couldn’t wait to test it out. Think of all the possibilities.
