Shorkie and Great Dane breeder, now located in Texas but often travel to Ohio where we originated. We focus on breeding Shorkies and Great Danes.

While these two breeds may be opposites in size, they are so similar in their personalities. They both create wonderful companions and fit into many different family dynamics. We love the small size and fun personality of our Shorkies. We love the LARGE size and gentle temperament of our Great Danes. We could not imagine our life without either of them! Our goal is for every one of our precious pu
ppies to find forever homes with loving families. Puppies will remain with their mom and siblings until they are at least 8 weeks old to learn social skills, boundaries, and good behavior. We provide different steps of training throughout their growth with the introduction to sounds from a sound machine, pellet box potty training, and other simple playtime commands like come. Routine interaction, treats, bathing, and snuggling are a must! All puppies will be vet checked, and up to date on all immunizations before leaving our care. They will have their dew claws removed and be dewormed 5x's before going home. They will also come home with a puppy folder, vaccination and health record, sample of current dog food, and their comfort toy. We spend a great deal of time holding and playing with our puppies, so they are comfortable with people and love their human! We also offer a lifetime of support through our group connections to allow other puppy parents to communicate and share updates on their pup’s life.

Our sweet and fluffy boy is still somehow available!! This boy is so snuggly and will happily spend all day in your lap if you let him. He’s a bit more shy and timid at first, but after a little while he jumps up and joins in the playful fun too!

These little fluffs have been SO much fun these last 9 weeks. I truly cannot believe how quickly it has gone by!! 🥰🐾
They are seriously one of the sweetest and most loving litters we’ve had. At their first vet appointment all 4 little cuties weighed the exact same! Being all so close in size, they have all snuggled up to each other and learned so much from their time together.
Though I’m always sad to say goodbye and see them leave; I’m so excited for their new adventures and life’s in their new homes! They are going to be so loved and spoiled I have no doubts. ❤️
The first pretty girl is leaving us soon this week, and two others will be traveling to Ohio with us at the beginning of next month!

Longggg post alert!! 🐾
Last Thursday on April 6 we celebrated our very first litter of shorkie babies turning 4 years old! 🥳
4 years ago I started this journey (well technically 62 days before that) but it’s been one of the most emotionally rewarding things in my life. ❤️🐾 With each litter I have expanded my heart to a size I never knew was possible and fell more in love with each new baby that came along.
Unfortunately we’ve learned in dog breeding it can also come with lots of tears and sadness as well. I’m proud to share that out of all my litters I’ve only lost ONE shorkie puppy under 2 weeks from inability to grow when Nymeria had our largest litter of 7 babies, and I’ve lost ONE litter of 4 stillborn puppies from our extra tiny Bella who went into labor way too early. We have been so blessed to have healthy and growing puppies, our shorkie family now equals 45 total grown pups, and we have our 4 newest puppies still growing with us!
With that said, I’m so sad to share that we lost all 6 puppies in Callie’s recent litter last Wednesday. We had an appointment with our Vet on Monday, and after further genetic blood testing on Callie and Bumpy were happy to share that all tests were negative for anything we were concerned could be wrong with them. However, we discussed things like milk borne bacterial infections and we learned more about fading puppy syndrome which can happen sometimes unexplainable when puppies are under 2 weeks similar to SIDS in humans.
Please keep my heart and Mama Callie’s in your thoughts and prayers. We are both heartbroken and she is devastated and constantly looking to me for where her babies have gone. 💔 They are playing in heaven with my beautiful Grandmother and Godmother who loved my puppies greatly.
Our other litter of 4 shorkies recently born to Leia x Cooper have been checked out and growing great!! They will go to the vet in another week for their first round of booster shots then hopefully start enjoying some of this warm weather with limited outside playtime. There are still two sweet boys available and looking for their fur-ever homes!
If you’ve read this far I just wanted to say I can’t thank everyone enough for your kindness and support as we’ve shared our breeding journey here and with our puppy loving community. These babies are truly special to me and I’m so thankful we’ve had more happy memories to share than sad.

Not a lot of complaints from this bunch today! 4 weeks old and their first taste of some soft food and formula from a bowl. Here’s a bit longer video of today’s playtime! ❤️🐾🥺 They are getting so playful and vocal and really starting to branch out into unique personalities. I hope their cuteness brings some smiles to your day! 🥰 I left some of the sound on so y’all can hear the little puppy whimpers (but don’t mind my puppy voice as I’m waking them up lol) They still are mostly whiny for food all the time, but a few are developing their attitudes and I know it’s not much longer before they will be learning to bark and talking back! Keep in mind they are still only 3 weeks old so they are still a little shy and shaky when mom isn’t right there beside them, but I assure you it’s never for long and they always perk up quick to start playing with everyone! Plus, I had just woken them up from a nap so some were still a little mad about that too. Our all black feet male is one playful puppy. This little guy was the last to make his way to the puppy pile for nap time! He was so cute just wobbling around and wagging his little tail I had to capture a little clip. ❤️🥺🐾
