Emma Hello! I'm Emma! I'm a special girl who was saved by BRAT (Basset Rescue Across Texas) My name is Emma.

For some reason my hips never developed when I was growing in my mummy's tummy so I was born without the use of my back legs. The doctors have checked me out and said that surgery on my hips would not really benefit me so I am learning how to get by in my wheels. I was living in some bad conditions when BRAT stepped in to save me. I have a new foster home where I am quickly recovering with lots of love.
