Normally, I would enlist the help of family and friends to watch my fur babies while I took mini vacations. My husband and I decided to do a long road trip that had been on our bucket list, but didn't want to obligate one of our neighbors to watch our babies since one of them is in her senior years and needs a little extra care. So we decide we should look into hiring a pet sitter to could feed, scoop kitty litter boxes and change kitty pads. I scheduled several appts, conducted interviews and finally chose Vital Visits. When I met Yolanda, I was very impressed with her professionalism and mannerism. She was very easy to talk to her and listened to all my concerns especially with my senior cat. I explained the special needs she had and Yolanda reassured me all the extra care that was needed was not a problem. My husband and I was really nervous about giving a key to a complete stranger our home, but we decided if we ever wanted to go on a nice, long vacation we needed to throw caution to the wind and trust our instincts. So we hired Vital Visits.

The day of our vacation arrived and I'm having second thoughts about leaving. My husband convinced me everything would be fine and he was right. Not really knowing what the visit would entailed, I received an email from Yolanda detailing everything she did while she was there. Attached to the email was photos of my babies. That was unexpected! It was nice seeing photos and reading about everything she did with them. By the second day of our vacation, I was totally relaxed and looked forward to my daily report.
