‼️ Service pricing is changing starting January 1. If you have already booked for January, this will not affect you. Some pricing will not change at all. Services will no longer be priced by weight groups - but by either mini or standard. Extra large dogs have their own pricing as well‼️

I have collaborated with other groomers and researched big box stores. The new pricing is still very competitive while giving your dog one on one attention. If the new pricing doesn’t fit your needs, I totally understand! No hard feelings. I hope to see you all in 2023!

Lucy came in with a matted adult coat and puppy fur on top. I took her down to her adult coat, shaved the mats out of the lower parts of her ear and fluffed the “good hair” back over the top so she didn’t have shaved down ears! In a couple weeks the ear will blend nicely. She is one of my babies from Teddy & Maggie 🥰

🔴 PSA 🔴

Sometimes, accidents happen with clippers. Not because I’m not careful or because I intentionally want to cut your dog with the clipper blades, but it just does. It’s inevitable with every groomer. It pains my heart when it happens. Thankfully, since I’ve been grooming, it’s only happened 4 times. Yesterday was one of those times. I had a very aggressive dog that I tried to groom. I should have stopped when I realized that he was aggressive, but the client was new and I wanted to give a good service. Because the client doesn’t brush the dog, he was severely matted. I call them spiderweb mats, because if you shave it off it comes off like the dog is shedding the coat in one piece. Between trying to handle the dog to not get bit, I nicked him over his legs where the skin is thin. i was up front with the client before and during pickup. They were superficial cuts. The client texted me this morning upset and said she was very disappointed with my service, which I completely understand. I called her and texted her and told her I’d be happy to pay for her vet bill if she’d like to take him. She was cold towards me on the phone, but said she was going to take him. I told her to text me a picture of the vet bill and I will send her the money right away.

I’m putting this out there because I want my clients to know that I will wholeheartedly take responsibility for accidents. It’s never intentional, but rather inevitable when you’re working with sharp blades and a moving target. I love all of my babies that you trust me to groom everyday.
