Recently completed and picked up. This is another of my 4x12 walk in coops in basic red paint. The only option was adding the additional lumber and 2 foot of cage wire along the bottom 2 foot to make it more predator resistant.

Dont be fooled by the pictures. This thing is huge and heavy. Be prepared if deciding you want one and bring plenty of help.

One of my coops up for sale. It is located in the Columbia area on marketplace. Once it is sold I will remove it. So if anyone is trying to resale a coop that you purchased from me. Feel free to let me know and I will post it. This one was done with a metal roof rather than shingles and I did dual vents where it would not interfere with the automatic door. On the automatic doors, they are not cheap, that is close to half the cost of what they are asking for the coop.

I have a friend in Hartsville who is selling her collection of Color Street nail polish strips. She has hundreds of packs and I have a full chart of all available colors/patterns. I however will not back any person or product without testing myself. I wont put my name behind it if I dont like it. Even if you are my friend. Well, these are pretty good quality. I have super bad nails that chip, peel and separate due to having Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. I recently had my nail split lengthwise down to the nail bed which is incredibly painful. The color street since it comes in sheets, I was able to pretty much glue my nail back together. It is holding it with a few coats of hardener on top. With me doing my coop construction and around the house homestead work. They are lasting an average of a week. (that is with me literally trying to trash them to see how they hold up). If you are interested in purchasing any sets. Please send me a message with your email. I will forward the entire list of what she has with prices on each set. You can contact her and either arrange pickup in Hartsville or have shipped.

I am also aware of having mildly clubbed ring fingers. It is due to my heart issues.

I occasionally get an email or repeat customer ask about Groot. I have not posted much about him lately but he is doing great. His health has greatly stabilized. Have had some minor issues over the past year and a half due to his conditions. Such as sun allergy due to having UVO. But overall he is healthy and extremely happy. He gets around so well that you would not really know he was blind. So for those who ask about him. He is doing great and now also has a friend. Which is a beagle that was abandoned and is being treated with severe heartworm. (as if we are not broke enough with vet bills, had to borrow funds to help with Mooncake the beagle too).

Customer submitted pictures. This is of one of the recent 4x6 coops that went out. They did some more work to the inside of the coop and it is attached to a run they built.

I would like to thank everyone for the kind messages regarding my wife. We have finally gotten answers and is on track to get better. Doctor's have discovered the underlying issue and she is now getting proper treatment. It is not going to be an overnight fix but at least we have answers and are not quite as worried anymore.

Completed and will be picked up Sunday.
This is a 4x8 quaker. It was made nearly identical to the 4x6 I did recently. Just bigger. It has the window conversion, vinyl flooring, custom paint color with stained doors and dual large doors on both ends.

Just completed and will be picked up within the next hour. This is one of my 4x6 stand alone coops. This one has vinyl flooring and was painted Quail Egg with black trim.

Recently completed and picked up yesterday. This is one of my 4x6 stand alone coops. This one has the added vinyl flooring. Paint was done in brown and tan so match one of their carports. By request there are double chicken doors cut to a specific size so they could use auto doors.

Got some platforms built for the next batch of orders. I have 2 4x6 stand alone coops, a standard stand alone, a 4x8 quaker and a 5 foot wide arch window (last set of arch windows). I am in my gather and organize phase to make sure I have everything I need. Will start on boxes tomorrow.

Just completed. Will be going out tomorrow. This is one of my 4x6 quakers. Customer requested custom paint color of quail egg with black trim and stained doors. The interior has vinyl floor and this one also has an opening window rather than a vent door. By request this coop also has two large entrance doors to make cleaning easier for them. The auto door was supplied by the customer and I just installed it during the build.

I just completed a pair of my basic stand alone coops. These pair up well against an existing pen or dog kennel. They have 3 12x16 nest boxes. A 4 foot night time roost pole. Egg collection door and side clean out door. Ramp is included (just not currently pictured). I had an order for one and these are just as easy to build in pairs.

Nearly finished and will be picked up this weekend. This is one of my 4x4 quakers. Just have to do a bit of touch up on the paint and it will be done.

4x4 stand alone. Added vinyl flooring. Custom paint color. Added vent doors on side by request and I put on an auto door that was supplied by the customer. This one is going out today.

Customer photos of the 4x12 walk in set up and with the chickens already enjoying. They went with the sand litter method. I will also be supplying them with a PVC feeder in a day or two. Been having supply issues with getting certain items recently. This photo shows the heavy gauge welded cage wire along the bottom that makes it more predator resistant.

Recently completed and waiting to be picked up. This is a 4x8 hybrid walk in/tractor. It has predator wire along the bottom 2 foot. Adding corrugate roofing over the pen area by request. Has two doors. One large for people entrance and a smaller one to allow for free range or to place a feeder under the box to keep feed dry.

Went out today. This is one of my walk in coops with 4x4 box. This one is made at 12 foot long by request making it 4x12. It was done in custom paint color and with predator wire along the bottom 2 foot.

Finished and waiting for the customer to pick up. This is one of my standard size stand alone coops. They requested the legs to be a foot taller than what they usually are. Also requested that it be stained and have brown shingles. Has a door on the chicken entrance by request as well to close them up at night (lock had not been installed yet when pictures were taken).

Another 4x8 quaker completed and picked up today. This one was made for a repeat customer who wanted to book end their coops. So the doors were swapped to the opposite sides. They supplied the coop door.

Second one sold. Took under half an hour. I think I am losing my touch.
Recently completed. I had a customer purchase a basic stand alone and it is just as easy to build two as it is to build one. So one is sold and one is available. They have vinyl floor. (yes, they come with ramps, they are currently sitting on the roof)

These pair nicely with either a dog kennel or an Amazon pen enclosure. I can send example pictures of them setup.

Just a warning to everyone. I see a lot of coop posts on marketplace and other groups that are of stolen images. I have been shown by some of my customers where other sellers were trying to pass my work off as their own as well. All images of coops on my page are of my own personal work. On marketplace they will all be listed from Darlington. If you find that my style of coops are not what you are interested in and you find another builder. Be sure to verify their work. Reverse image search is your friend.

Completed and out today. This is a 4x8 quaker. Has a vent door on front. It was done in white with grey trim by request. Has grey singles by request that had to be tracked down. Vinyl floor added. Removable roosts by request. I kept it simple by doing a basic lean to ladder design. The auto door is an omlet brand that was supplied by the customer to install during the build so I can make sure the opening was cut to the correct size.

Sold

It will include a ramp and I will throw in 3 poultry watering cups that are designed to mount to a 5 gallon bucket.
These are designed to be used up against a pre existing pen or dog kennel. Box is 3x4. Has 3 nest boxes and good for around 4 to 5 birds.

I have been getting an abundance of messages from some pretty rude people. A few rules I abide by is that since I run this myself. If you are rude to me, dont expect me to do work for you. My build times may vary due to my health. I have a dynamic disability. I can be able to walk one day and then bed ridden the next. My health comes first. I have not once hidden my disability and try to make everyone aware. I will try to give an accurate build time and give me a bit of a buffer but sometimes I do miss that date. Another big issue is that I get a lot of people who want to lowball me on my prices. If you can get cheaper somewhere else, you are more than welcomed to. Just because it is out of your price range does not mean that it's "too much". On the offers, the worst part are that they rarely would even cover my material costs much less my labor. I will also not copy another local builder and undercut them. So please dont ask me to build another local builder's design.

I apologize if this comes across as being rude. I assure you that I am not trying to be. I just have been threatened by bad reviews because I wont build a coop at what they want to pay. Or because I am not able to deliver. I am just doing my best to pace myself to try and stay open as long as possible. If I try to produce coops at the rate I used to. I would injure myself badly again and possibly end up with a bunch of orders that I wont be able to finish. That is why I will only take on a couple of orders at a time.

Picked up

It is a 6x10 walk in coop. I have done it with 6 nest boxes, 2 roost poles. Clean out doors on either side. Egg collection doors. Bottom 3 foot is 1/4 inch hardware cloth.

Two orders that I got done literally the night before my surgery. I was pushing it a bit due to trying to locate shingles. This is a duck/dog house with window and side clean out door and a 4x6 quaker. Both unpainted by request.
