A few quick points:

1. Limit their time outside when it’s 85-90+ degrees outside.
2. Be aware of hot surfaces like asphalt, concrete, leather, and synthetic turf to name a few. If it’s too hot for you, it’s too hot for your Pup’s paws.
3. Research your dog’s breed and how that particular breed responds to heat.
4. Research your pup’s Medical conditions and medications.
5. Age of dog: puppies and sr. Dogs have a harder time regulating their body temperature.
6. Double coated dogs and larger breeds; darker color coats absorb more heat.

Love this. If it's not working, be the responsible human and rehome.

Rescues are maxed out and, while they are cared for temporarily, it is a stressful time for them that should be minimized.

We domesticated the wolf. It's our responsibility to care for them.

This is Daisy. She’s a 4 month old, 4 pound, bundle of cuteness. She came in for her first grooming appointment. We want to make sure every aspect of her experience is positive so that she associates our facility with fun and relaxation for all her future reservations. It makes a huge difference for Daisy, our staff and her parents when they get this experience as young as possible! 🥰❤️

We are so saddened for the recent loss of Roscoe Jones. He passed away at home with his mom.

We loved having him with us. He was a frequent boarder. He loved to howl. He knew exactly where to go and when.

Every once in a while he would remind us he wasn’t going if he didn’t want to 😊 He would plant his feet and there was nothing you could do but talk to him until he agreed to go.

I will always remember those quiet moments I had with him outside. He would lean against my leg. I would pet him while he watched and listened to the nature around him.

We love you, Roscoe. You will be missed.

Old Man Roscoe is a 10 yr old Doberman. He is the sweetest Pup and such a good boy! Roscoe has a beautiful voice and is the lead Tenor at our Pupera (Opera) House.
