Just a few reminders 😊
🎇Our Cancelation/late Policy:🎇
If you need to cancel or reschedule, it needs to be 24 hours before your appointment to avoid being charged a fee.
-First cancelation or reschedule: no worries things happen!
-Second cancelation or rescheduling within less than 24 hours of appointment: $30 cancelation fee
-Third cancelation: Charged for full grooming of missed appointment.
If you cancel more than three appointments or reschedule 3 or more appointments in a row, pre-payment will be required for all future appointment. I also may no longer accept you as a client.
Late Policy- If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late, I may not have time to get your groom done and may need to reschedule which may result in a cancelation fee.
Rescheduling- I try my best to be flexible and get your dog rescheduled as soon as possible. However since I am full, there is a good chance I may not be able to get your dog rescheduled for several weeks.
Rescheduling due to weather does not count! I do not want anyone risking driving out here if it is bad out! 🥰
🚫🏴☠️No call/No shows- If you forget about your appointment and do not call/message to let me know and just do not show up: First offense I will try to get you rescheduled if I can and there will be a $30 fee. Second offense you will no longer be a client.🏴☠️🚫
