Potty training is timing and reading your puppy! Mistakes WILL happen, just clean up and adjust your timing. No harm, no foul, no need for punishment.

Electra would like to add CA to her list of titles 😁 the CA title requires three qualifying runs under 2 different judges

A CAT test is a 300yd/600yd course vs the Fast CAT 100yd dash

300 vs 600yd determined by dog height so standard poodles run the 600yd

It is a pass/fail trial and not usually timed for speed tho the dog must complete the course within 2 mins

The dogs who love the chase LOVE the 600yd CAT

Pico, teal girl, dragging her leash through those loud leaves noo problem It's not uncommon for dogs to spook at something 'following' them like a poop bag holder on a dropped leash. That's a nightmare if you drop the leash and the dog takes off scared.

Woody and Grace demonstrate the possibilities when starting puppies with grooming at 4 weeks. Here he is at 10 weeks curious and unfazed.

Lead training at this age is teaching the puppy to release the tension they create when they pull. The puppy has to replace their very natural oppositional reflex with a reflex to give in to the lead pressure.
