We also have some of her homegrown catnip (Neptune approved), as well as some cat toys made by one of our lovely clients, Victoria, made with her own fresh homegrown catnip! Exciting news! We finally have our own online pharmacy! This will have everything that you can find on chewy, but rather than sending everything to a large 3rd party corporation, we get a small bit back. Some of you will notice you got a welcome email today, they have some excellent new client and autoship discounts. You also can stack the manufacturers coupons with the covetrus discounts, sometimes ending up around 50-60% off! If you didn't get an email but would like to be added to the list, send me a message. Everything you need can be ordered from here, from flea and tick meds, to regular prescription meds, to custom compound meds. Since we are discontinuing a lot of our in-house stock of prescription foods, this is what we will recommend. If you have a hard time navigating online and want help, come in between 11:00 and 12:00 Monday, Wednesday, or Friday and Kiersten will sit down with you and walk you through everything. The transition over seems relatively painless, we hope you guys will be willing to join us and support our site over 3rd party pharmacies!

We have heard your complaints about our phone system, and we are currently working on switching to a new system. We're hoping this new system will be a much smoother experience for all involved, but please bear with us as we take the next week or so to get everything set up and ironed out properly.

Happy birthday to the best boss ever!! Dr. Dickie is one of the most caring, compassionate, loving souls we've ever had the pleasure of working with. We're so blessed to have her leading our team. Not only is she a great boss, but also a friend. She saves thousands of kitty lives every year. She puts out so much good into this world, help us celebrate her and let her know how special she is to us and our local community of cat lovers! We love you Dr. Dickie and hope you have the best birthday!

If you need anything for your pet before the holidays, call and get it now! Like medication refills. We are closing early Wednesday for staff training and then the long holiday weekend. We will be back in the office at 9:00 a.m. Monday December 2nd.
