We have updated our shipping policy and live arrival guarantee!!! PLEASE READ!!!

LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE: If you receive one of my Axolotls and it is dead on arrival (DOA) i will replace the baby (just pay shipping) unless it was delayed in shipping and the carrier's fault. To get a replacement for a DOA you are required to send me a video of the axolotl in the ORIGINAL bag as well as pictures (as proof) within 1 hour of receiving the package.
THE LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE WILL NOT BE HONORED: If the package is delayed by the carrier or due to you not being home!!! We also are not responsible for the weather in your area if the package is delayed and a death occurs cause the results of delay due to bad weather.
-Babies are only shipped Monday and Tuesday to avoid getting stuck in the mail and we will ship priority mail or overnight if you choose that option -for the health of my axolotls all axolotls are fasted before shipping to avoid dirty water and possibility of DOA
- when shipping adult/sexed axolotls I do recommend overnight shipping adult axolotls use more oxygen than the juveniles if you tell me you still would like to use priority that is okay but this guarantee doesn’t apply to you. However it will still be honored if you choose to do overnight as I know the baby will get to you SAFELY 💖 We also will hold a Axolotl for you but you must pay a 20$ Nonrefundable holding fee that will go towards the Axolotl!!!

A woman has been going around saying she has these really beautiful axolotls for sale and is having people dm for them so I of course I dm her and ask for an additional video of the lotl and she stops responding so I moved to a status stating I think she is a scammer and told everyone DONT get scammed by her ask her for any additional pics always or videos any real breeder has no issue doing that well this is what she responded and then blocked me lol very different from I wanted lol BE CAREFUL GUYS ASK FOR THE ADDITIONAL PICTURES OR VIDEOS.! They are taking pics off breeders pages and selling them as their own 🤦🏼‍♀️
