This beautiful girl is estimated to be about 2 years old, weighs just under 50 pounds, and is thought to be a Lab/Pit mix. Supergirl came to us as a stray on 10/28, and she’s been winning hearts ever since 💙

Supergirl is an energetic, playful pup who loves to have fun! She’s a big fan of fetch—though she’s still working on the “bring it back” part 😂 With a treat in hand, she’s happy to sit on command and show off her smarts.

She’s truly a stunning girl, and trust us—the pictures do not do her justice!

Sandy is a sweet, laid-back lady who is patiently waiting for her forever home. She is estimated to be about 5 years old, weighs just over 8 pounds, and came to the shelter as a stray on 12/20. Sandy arrived declawed on all four paws, making her a perfect indoor companion.

This girl is the definition of a lazy, lovable lobby cat. She spends her days soaking up the sun by the window, enjoying long naps, and happily accepting treats whenever they’re offered. Sandy also has a bit of a mischievous side—she loves to sneak a bite of her lobby cat friend’s food when she thinks no one is watching! 😹

If you’re looking for a calm, sweet kitty who will keep you company and bring a little sunshine into your home, Sandy might be your perfect match. Come meet her and see if she steals your heart (and maybe your snacks). 💛

This sweet 10-month-old tabby girl has spent 7 of those months waiting for her forever home 💔. During her time here, she has grown into a loving, gentle cat who enjoys spending her days relaxing in the cat colony. And her toes? Totally unique—you just have to see them for yourself! She truly deserves a home, and fast. 🥰

Next is Wilbur 🐶
Wilbur came in as a stray on 12/22 and, sadly, was never claimed. This energetic boy loves to play, but he also knows how to listen and will happily sit or calm down when asked. It’s nearly impossible not to fall in love with his sweet blue eyes and adorable pink pig nose. 🐷💙

🐶 Meet Parker – our very good boy who’s still waiting for his forever home! 🐶

Parker has been available for adoption for over a year, but we’re so thankful he’s currently thriving in a foster home with Happy Acres Pet Rescue. He’s estimated to be about 7 years old, and while Parker is deaf, that has never stopped him from being an absolutely amazing dog.

We often get the same questions when sharing adoptable dogs, so let’s answer them all at once:

✔️ Good with other dogs? Yes!
✔️ Good with small dogs? Yes!
✔️ Good with cats? Yes!
✔️ Potty trained? Yes!
✔️ Good with kids? Yes!

Parker truly checks all the boxes and is an all-around wonderful companion. Being deaf doesn’t slow him down one bit—he’s smart, adaptable, and full of love to give.

This sweet boy deserves a loving forever home where he can finally settle in and be someone’s best friend for life. If you’ve been waiting for a sign… this is Parker. 🐾❤️

We are so happy to share that 16 animals found their forever homes this week! 💙
🐱 11 Cats Adopted:
Dreidel Spinner, Etta James, Goddard, Kyle, Maccabee, Martha, Nina, Red Waddle, Rockie Balboa, Thalia, and Toodles
🐶 5 Dogs Adopted:
Cookies, Daizy, Lizzy, Rooster, and Woods
🤝 Transferred to Rescue:
6 cats and 1 dog were transferred to rescue partners to continue their journey to adoption.

Now that the holidays are behind us, we’re looking forward to getting back to regular schedules and seeing even more happy adoptions!

✨ Please remember: when you adopt a shelter pet, you don’t just save one life — you save two. The pet you adopt and the pet who gets to move into that newly empty kennel.

Ox is an estimated 3-year-old male pit mix who came to the shelter as a stray on 12/19, and let us tell you—this is the sweetest Ox you’ll ever meet! 💙

This short, stocky lover boy absolutely adores people and is always happy to soak up attention. He enjoys going on walks and does great on a leash, making him a wonderful walking buddy. Whether it’s strolls around the block or just hanging out with his favorite humans, Ox is all about the love.
