We are going to have modified hours July 17-20, 2024. Dr. Merill and Alicia, along with Gambit and Cyrus, will be traveling to Ohio to compete in AKC Rally Nationals.

We will be open July 17, 18 and 19 from 9-3 and we will be closed July 20. Normal hours resume at 8AM on July 22.

Please plan accordingly.

We make decisions about the care of your animal based on the information you provide. If you skip around from veterinarian to veterinarian, it is difficult to know what has been done or what medications or supplements you are using.

Help us help your pet by providing us all the information prior to an appointment. This way we don't have to spend your appointment time collecting information.

It may be compelling to order the cheapest DNA test online to run on your dog at home, but it may not give accurate answers.

Lila is a registered purebred beagle, but depending on what company does her DNA testing, she might be part rottweiler, part American foxhound, or not a beagle at all.

This is a great video to watch if you are considering surgery for your pet or yourself. As someone who has had 2 failed back surgeries and was "given" a neuropathy by the second, I wish I'd had this information many years ago.

I've also had a surgeon try to pressure me into a very traumatic surgery. This surgeon was so bent on doing the surgery, he could get me in the same week. I declined and am glad I did.
