We have one more Pooch for the 2024 year! This is Sadie, she’s a 6 month old Rhodesian Ridgeback puppy that is in for a 19 Day Off-Leash Residency Training package where she will be learning Basic and Advanced Obedience as well as learning an Off Leash foundation of Basic and Advanced Obedience. Please help us welcome Sadie and her owner to The Prodigal Pooch Family!

Banks and Fritz came to see us all the way from Atlanta for the weekend! They participated in Advanced Boarding with us where they worked on reviewing all of their commands around our property. We love getting to see these guys and their owners here in Florida!

We have a big announcement! We have hired another trainer to our staff, this is Anthony. Anthony was a client of ours in Atlanta with his dog Mondo a Siberian Husky. He shadowed with us to begin learning how to train and in February he graduated from National K9 School for Dog Trainers, which is the same school that Blake graduated from. He is our Training Manager here and is looking forward to meeting and working with our future clients and their dogs! Everyone please give a warm welcome to Anthony! A few fun facts about Anthony below.
1. My favorite thing about mondo is his endless energy and enjoyment of training.

2. I started training dogs to help people build a strong relationship with their own dogs by helping them become leaders for their furry friends.

3. My favorite breed Is obviously Siberian Huskies but I would love to have a boykin spaniel one day!

4. When I’m not training I am almost always at the pickleball courts having a blast!

Our 4th and final prodigy of the year is Mali the Mini Golden Doodle. This sweet girl is with us for our 19 Day Off Leash Resident Training Package. She has some puppy behaviors we are wanting to work through like jumping, nipping, mouthing and learning how to be calm and relaxed. She’s just 10 months old and showing lots of promise! Please help us welcome Mali and her owners to The Lrodigal Pooch Family!

We’ve got another one! This is Drew, the 5 month old Mini Golden Doodle. He is with us for our 12 Day On Leash Resident Training Package.

Maggie checked in today for our 19-Day Confidence Building Package! She’s a 3 year old Cavapoo that we will be working on getting her more well socialized to new people and the great big world that can overwhelhm her. We will also be working on her formal obedience commands while she is here. Everybody please help us welcome Maggie and her owners to The Prodigal Pooch Family!

Welcoming our newest training pup Willow! She’s with us in our new Florida location all the way from Atlanta and is with us for our 19 Day Resident Training Package. Willow is the second dog of our clients that we have trained and we absolutely love helping our clients integrate their new pups into their home through training.

Jazz is visiting us down in Florida while his owners are on vacation from Atlanta! We are so excited to see him and his owners again. We are still offering our boarding and training services to Atlanta based clients while they are visiting the area!

We are happy to see you guys again and happy to announce we are back up and running in Florida (more news on that to come)! This is Eva the 9 month old Doberman, she is here for our 12 day Residence Training Package and we will also be working on some puppy behaviors and getting her better socialized to riding in the car as well.
