Blanket Angels Donations of cash,blankets,bottled water, non perishable food and pet food are needed. I distribute to the homeless throughout Philly and Delaware.

How easy is it to walk past a homeless person and ignore the situation? My heart was breaking when I would drive through the city of Philadelphia and see people of all ages, laying on the street in the middle of winter. I came home late one evening and decided to write a post on Facebook, asking the community to donate blankets and pet food. With the donations, I would drive back to the city and d

istribute the donations
I then made Care Bags of non perishable food and water to hand out. Since the law does not allow me to use surplus food from restaurants etc, I make bags of healthy snacks. To see a homeless person smile, I know it has made a difference and we can show them that someone cares.
