Before Kat’s K9s was a legit operation, I started this “pet sitting thing” as a way to make extra cash in the winter, when my “real job” at was at a lull. I didn’t know that this is what would bond me to my best friend, and in turn, my dog’s best friend. I had no idea it would blossom into the success that it is today (even though my social media presence has flatlined), and it wouldn’t have been possible without and Hades.

Today, our hearts are broken and eyes burn with tears as we announce that Hades has crossed the rainbow bridge. He has joined Elvis and Greta, the founding trio of canines.

Hades, you will be remembered as the best dog friend to Elvis (and Greta, too). You worked so hard to make sure our daycare crew knew how to play in the yard and you were always the leader in our pack walks. You were your mom’s sidekick during many pet sitting gigs, and a dedicated supervisor during our shifts at Em’s.

Thank you for your hard work, Hades. We will never forget you and the legacy you left behind at Kats’s K9s. has big shoes to fill. ❤️‍🩹 🌈🐕

Hello, world! We didn't realize that our website wasn't working, and as you know, we have been terrible at managing our social media. Our website has finally been fixed, and we are ready to respond to your inquiry!

Have we bragged about our amazing Groomer, yet? Scrub Up Mobile Pet Wash & Grooming is the best! Elmo finally had his turn yesterday and Ben did not disappoint!

We reserve Scrub Up for a whole 8-hours at our house, where we can combine private daycare/boarding along with grooming to our customers. This is especially helpful if you are in an area that Scrub Up currently doesn’t service/doesn’t service frequently.

If you need an awesome mobile groomer, please don’t hesitate to reach out to them, and don’t forget to mention Kat’s K9s, LLC! This is not a paid promotion, we want everyone to know about this fantastic local business. Ok, I’m a little biased because I own a Saint Bernard myself, AND THEY HAVE TWO! 😍

When you use Kat’s K9s, you’re not hiring a hobby pet sitter or dog walker. Our team heavily relies on this source of income, and it shows through our consistent, quality care.

Best of all, Kat’s K9s is not limited to a specific service or area. We offer boarding, critter care (cats, snakes, horses -you name it!), dog walking, daycare, etc. We would love to be your first choice for care!

Also, we recognize that our volume of offerings can be overwhelming since we’re not a one-trick pony. We’ve also received many questions about these services and would like our customers (both current and future) to understand what we do a little better. So, keep an eye out for our BLOG, posted on our website!

We ❤️ our feline friends, too! Customers can choose to hire us for both boarding and cat/housesitting. Your cat does not need to be left behind! We offer boarding for Cats as well, but we highly suggest drop by visits in the comfort of home so your cat does not get stressed in a new environment.

Book your cat care services for the holidays through our app, we are always available and happy to help! Please note that weather may become an issue as we get into the colder months. If this happens, we will always top off water and food more than needed as a precaution, if there is inclement weather in the forecast. In this instance, it is very important to arrange emergency services (usually a neighbor or someone close by) should one of our staff members become unexpectedly unavailable.
