Our sweet Posie is getting chunky ! She's still not very tall I need to measure but I'd guess about 24"" she is almost 3 months old and shes getting so fluffy !

He is so bleached ....he LOVES sunbathing ALL day 🤣🤣 forget the 3 fans going all day in the barn for them...😑 so they have been grounded to being stalled during the day so we can get some color back 🤣

Not a speck of shade in our pasture...all day.....but I have a big open barn with 3 fans running 24/7......where do they stay ....in the sun, cooking....can't you tell...Jireh isn't even bay anymore he's so bleached 🤣 they are now in time out and being stalled from about 9am-6pm to try to get some color back 🤣

I've been gradually transitioning Posie to being in the pasture with the Goats, donkey and my blind mare. While my blind mare is stalled in the heat of the day I let posie out in their pasture to graze (at night she is stalled alone so I can keep a close eye with the cameras) She looks so tiny out there in the pasture (and she is) she can walk right under the hay feeder 🤣. Which works bc we have a "dry lot" pen set up for Roxie due to her heaves so since Posie is so small she can access the barn, dry lot and the pasture 🤣 she's doing great so far and is soooo scared of the goats but has decided she likes the donkey Lilly. 💜 videos coming of her intro time 🤣

This girl is C U T E 😍😍😍 the curls, the nose, the head, the build, she's got it all 💜 she is available for deposit and will be ready for a new pasture in October.
Shes currently 2 months old about 26" tall (last I measured a few weeks ago) and as wide as she is tall. She is 75% highland and 25% dexter. Test results came back today and she is CHONDRO +
Her momma highland/dexter and is 38"-39" tall (I need to get a new accurate measure)
Dad is 41" registered highland

💜🐮Posie🐮💜 is 7 weeks old now and getting chunky 🤣 she's still tiny, measuring 21.5 " at the shoulder and 22" at the hip. Last we weighed her a week ago she was 38 so I'd guess she about 42 now we will have to get a new weight this week. She's been spending alot more time outside learning to be a real cow. She's still coming inside some and napping by my desk because it's her favorite thing 🤣🤣🤣.
TEST RESULTS ARE IN🥁🥁🥁
We were shocked to see she is Chondro+ and is heterozygous for the White Park Pattern.

Cannot thank our vet Dr. Amanda ANM Veterinary Services for all the help this year getting ALL THREE MARES BRED !!!! I cannot express how thankful we are for her not only as a veterinarian but as a friend 💜
