How's everyone's Garden processing and canning going?!
We canned multiple batches of
•Pickles- spicy, dill, and bread n butter.
•Elderberry syrup
•Made some balckberry/mulberry wine
•Processed so many Zucchini we could do it our sleep.
•This weekend we will be dehydrating a ton of jalapeños to crush down and making seasonings with.
•We keep trying to store some cantelop but the kids eat it so fast we've given up trying.
•All of our tomatoes are going to the freezer to process later this fall when life slows down a bit 😁
What are some of your favorite go to canning items?!
