We welcomed our new girl today into her quarantine foster home. She will come home to the rescue once she has finished her quarantine period.

Check out Shelby & her girl! In less than a months time she has been fully halter broke & put under saddle. I knew she was a special girl & was ready to find her human. I’m so over the moon!! I couldn’t be any prouder. They have done a fantastic job with her thus far.

Welcome to our new followers! We are glad to have you.
As some of you know we have been in between homes as we purchased a new property last September & started renovations. It is finally coming to a close 1 year later!!!! We have finished the dog yard fencing (still need to complete the privacy mesh) woohoo! We can’t thank all our volunteers that came out over the past two months to help us get it done! It was rough out there in the heat. I wound up in the hospital from heat exhaustion & dehydration even though i drank plenty of water & electrolytes.
I don’t know how those of you do it that work outside all day! You guys rock. I never had an issue before until this year for personal reasons.
Who all has an outside job? Do you like it or hate it?
Kyda & Kurt checking in with everyone!!!
Kyda has started to walk now unassisted & got a clean bill of health for her leg. She is 100% healed up! Woohoo!!! This is why we rescue - Kyda had only a few hours to be saved from euthanasia at the county shelter when she cane in as a hit by car with both her back legs broken. While she had to have one amputated we had an awesome medical team rallying behind her to get her other leg to heal properly so she is now a tripod!!!
And drum roll……her foster mommy is adopting her!!!!! We couldn’t be more ecstatic for them. ❤️🐶
Kurt has some awesome news to share too. His heartworms are going away. He has no more microfilaria seen on his test results so just a little bit more to go to rid them forever!!! Another one for the team!
