Cabin overlooks a creek 80 feet away, has very easy access from Highway 4 and level access to cabin. Has spacious deck upstairs with patio furniture for outdoor relaxation and patio downstairs off the bonus

room. Equipped with dishwasher, microwave and outdoor charcoal BBQ. Has 2 TV’s with cable, 1 DVD player and 1 VHS Player. Has wood burning stove and heater downstairs with gas burning stove upstairs. Located halfway between Murphys and Bear Valley. Calaveras Big Trees State Park is 5 minutes away. Fishing and swimming nearby in the Stanislaus River and nearby lakes. No smoking, no pets.
