Last weekend was Rally weekend. We didn't place, but the goal was to finish some titles. Mission accomplished. Sadie and Red finished their Rally Novice title and Cash finished her Rally Excellent title.

Sadie passed her Novice B on Friday with a score of 183, Saturday with a score of 188 and today with 179.5. Both on Saturday and today she placed second. Woo-hoo! Her first title!

Wally's Mom reminded me that November 22 is the 4th birthday of the "time" litter. I thought it was the 25th, but that is actually the "more" litter. Happy Birthday to the "time" litter (in no particular order): Wally, Maui, Fin, Romeo and Paizley. I can't believe it's already been 4 years!!!

I am a day late posting this and pictures of the birthday cookies are still coming but yesterday was Sadie's ("home" litter) 2nd birthday. What a fantastic girl she turned to be. Love my girl. I designated Cash as my "emotional support" dog a while back. The last 10 days have been very stressful even emotionally. Cash did not disappoint. She senses my emotion and picks me back up as much and for as long as I need it. Since Red is a lot like her, I hope he will continue when I face hurdles in years to come. Love my dogs!

So I checked the calendar and it was 4/13, not quite yet. Next time I checked it was 4/17??? How in the world can that be? April 15th is the birthday of the "home" litter, so despite celebrating late, I wish all puppies a fabulous day.

If you bought a puppy from me or know me well, you know I am terrified of a condition called "bloat" which can lead to death in just a few hours. The German Shepherd Club of Atlanta is having a guest speaker covering this topic in tomorrow's club meeting. Red is growing nicely and very sad and bored now that all his siblings are gone. He loves to dig in 'hot' ant hills. ;)
For those interested, I used "Nature's Specialties Plum Silky Pet Shampoo for Pets" to bathe the puppies. I actually use that on all my dogs. The puppies had another busy week this week. They had a photo shoot and got stacked and they got to go outside and experience new surfaces and new environments. In just a few days they'll be going to their new loving homes.
