WHY, is it that you have a Slip and fall. And you at first try to rationalize your pain, Then the pain increases.
You can’t take it anymore, so you have your Wife or Husband take you to the E.R. Explaining that you had a Slip and Fall and instead of the pain fading, it’s increasing.!!
The E.R. Doctor Does a thorough exam orders X-Rays and a C.T. Then comes to you and say everything is OK, you’ve just got a Concussion.!! It’ll take a few days to get past your pain.!?? 🤔🤔🤔.
BUT, the pain doesn’t fade it increases. So, you set an Appointment to see an Orthopedic Doctor. They do the same tests as the E.R. BUT, with one Difference, The Doctor sees something in the X-ray, and C.T. Scan that has him Order an MRI to confirm what he thinks he sees.!! When the Results come back TOA calls you in quickly.
Then when you get there first thing they do is put a Hard Collar on you.?
Then the Doctor comes in and says Son your Neck is COMPLETELY Broken, and it’s pinching the Main Spinal Column enough that in the
X-ray or MRI pictures in the middle of the Break you can see your Broken Neck ALONG with your spinal column and it’s starting to Show a Change of color inside your Spinal Column. That would explain the numbness in your different extremities.!!!!!
And “Fast Track” you into Surgery to fix the Damage.!
BUT, I called a few Different Law Firms about “Malpractice” on the E.R. Doctor.! And be Told unless you have Any “Permanent Damage”!!
And Because I can get up and move around, that I don’t have any permanent damage. That I CAN’T Sue the Doctor.!???????
BUT, Isn’t the Pain in my Neck that I’ll have, and Will have Till I Die.!
That the permanent pain, Is NOT something that I can SUE the E.R. Doctor for his “Misdiagnosed” my pain.!???????? WHY NOT.???
This is “REAL PERMANENT PAIN”
If I would of Stumbled or Fell again BEFORE, I see the Dr’s at T.O.A.
I could of been Paralyzed for the Rest of My Life. AND be a Quadriplegic in a Wheelchair.!!!!!!
How Could That Be Considered a “NON-PERMANENT” Damage.??
“I CANT EVEN STAND UP STRAIGHT WITHOUT PAIN, AND CAN NOT LOOK UP.”!!!!!! So, I want to know WHY, that’s “NOT” Considered Malpractice.?????
