It has come to our attention that some of our customers have been exhibiting behavior that is disrespectful or rude towards our staff. This type of behavior is unacceptable and goes against our values as a company.

Our team works hard to provide exceptional service to all our customers, and it's important that they are treated with the same respect and courtesy in return. Rude behavior not only affects morale but also creates a negative environment for everyone involved.

We understand that situations may arise where customers may feel frustrated or upset, but it's imperative that we handle these situations calmly and professionally. We expect all interactions, both from our staff and our customers, to be conducted with mutual respect.

Moving forward, let's continue to prioritize maintaining a respectful environment for our team. If any staff member experiences disrespectful behavior from a customer, please don't hesitate to escalate the issue so that we can address it appropriately.
