Burks Greta Garbo is a 3 year old 15H Morgan mare. Greta comes to you with a full set of Funquest bred morgans behind her name! She is a true rare find who is lightly getting started under saddle.

Greta is so smooth to ride and has an awesome personality. She is always first to come to gate and loves human attention. She is a great mind for training and gives 120% every ride. She is confidently going walk, trot and canter taking both leads which she just floats in. I can't say enough great things about her stride and rhythm.

Greta also is learning to follow your seat into a slow down or speed up and is side passes and pivoting fairly well.

Greta has gone in hand over obstacles such as rolling bridges, teeter totter, water boxes, balance beams, ponds, and more.
Greta is bold and brave and hauls great and stands great.

Greta has been out on the trails where she walks out confidently and forward.

Greta also has been on cows and seemed to love tracking them.

Greta will be able to thrive in many different disciplines dressage, ranch,driving, working equitation, endurance and more.

Her big kind soft eyes with her dark bay coat that shines during the summer is sure to catch the attention of many as you show or hit the trails.

Last year, Juan came here to Serene Tyme Morgans as a training and resale project. He is now started under saddle and doing fantastic. He will remain with us until November and then look for a new home! There have already been some interest in Juan and I can't blame them. He is so talented in so many ways and will be a beginner horse because he is so easy yet talented for a professional!

Foals are starting to hit the ground and spring is in the air!

We will have several 2025 foals available and a few riding horses available this year! We are looking to continue downsizing although it's so hard to know who to sell. They are all so amazing!

1)Oldtyme Discovery x GRM Funquest Aunt Peg this is a beautiful big tall Chestnut c**t with a Blaze! He brings in some fun old lines together and would make a great stallion candidate! Ready to leave middle of August $6500

2)GRM Funquest Aunt Peg is a lovely Funquest bred mare standing 15H, 10 years old and is a joy to ride! She has a long trot stride and a rolling canter! She has a good whoa and will stop immediately when asked and loves going out on adventures. She is a one person horse with loads of confidence and the sweetest personality. She will excel in Dressage, endurance, she will jump, and I could see her learning to settle and sit back a bit for ranch! She has raised 3 beautiful foals! And is an easy mare to be around! She will be ready to leave middle of August $12500

3) Burks Greta Garbo is a lovely 3 year old bay filly from GRM Funquest Aunt Peg and GRM Monarch Go Figure (who has won many Championships in driving) she currently is standing 15H.
Greta is started lightly under saddle and she is very soft in the mouth and enjoys working cattle and obstacles. Water and bridges are no concern of hers and is eager to move out in a long stride. Greta is very smooth to ride and takes both canter leads and is also moving off her rider's legs and seat. She is extremely smart and willing. For the little bit of rides she has she has learned a lot. She is so awesome it will be hard to see her go. Available and ready for her new home $12000

4) Areez Golden Juan is such a cool 3 year old Gelding standing at 15H. Juan has the potential to be everything and anything! Juan is the perfect golden retriever that even at a young 3 year old age he shows the potential to a beginner rider horse. Juan is just so easy no drama and elegant under saddle. He is just starting his riding career and shows so much potential. He will be able to excel in jumping, dressage, working equitation, trails, obstacles, reining, ranch you name it and Juan will say got it! Juan is just special! Juan is going to be shown by a youth rider here this year and then will be available for his new home in November. His first outing with be end of May at a Working Equitation show! $30000

6) JMF Rain Maker x Coulee Bend Silver N Gold will also be foaling here shortly, and we are super excited to meet that little one and if filly she is sold!

Kalena is a beautiful mare who was broke to drive and ride and I am hopeful she will be a fantastic lesson horse!

I purchased Kalena, her daughter, and Jules daughter, SYLR Tomoros Sally Moro as a 3 package when my friend and mentor Cassie reached out to me. Her mentor the SYLR Tomoros were having some medical issues and I am so honored Cassie thought of me and that Kale sold me the 3 mares.

I am sadden by another breeder who bred fantastic morgans retired but I am pleased to be able to help continue his program with foaling Kalena and her foal will be available and we will name it SYLR Tomoros Honor. I anticipate a beautiful foal from Kalena and Kool.

Sully is as thick as he is tall, yet he loves showing off running across the fields, effortlessly changing his leads and sliding to a stop only to do it all over again. Two best friends whom have ridden together for years and now are first time Morgan owners! Midge purchased Fine Shine Nine Nine Nine a black silver dapple mare in spring of 2024 who was owned and trained by Beth Meyer and Karen immediately fell in love with Wildbay's Unavoidable Promise a Smokey Black mare and was purchased in the fall of 2024 and started by Beth this winter.

GRM Funquest Aunt Peg has consistently lead the race will her bag filling steadily every day (Mar 18 is 340 days), with SYLR Tomoros Royal Juliet just behind her with her bag filling slowly (Mar 20 is 340) and then Whippoorwill Woodwind who has been miserable just started filling her bag as of yesterday was just a little bag development (Apr 11 is 340days) and then SYLR Tomoros Kalena who just arrived a couple weeks ago, she has doubled her bag since this morning! Her due date is a mystery since she was pasture bred.

So who will be the first to foal?!?!?

The excitement is here and I can't wait to meet the new precious Morgans!
