Our Mission

My name is Zoë and I am a sophomore at Downingtown STEM Academy. Since I was young, my passion has been animals. I love all animals - dogs, cats, horses, bunnies, and ducks!! It’s my dream to be a veterinarian and have my own animal rescue. While I was in middle school I volunteered for Tails of the Free, helping to take care of the cats up for adoption. As a result I realized just how much money it costs to rescue cats and dogs. I wanted to find a way to help animal rescues like the Brandywine SPCA, Tails of the Free, To Love a Canine and All4Paws pay for all of the important work they do in our community. I have also donated to Cure4Cam, a nonprofit that is helping to find a cure for childhood cancer. Cam was a student and cross country runner from Downingtown Middle School just like me. I love making cute bandanas for my cats and dog, and I thought it would be a good way to raise money for these great organizations. I also love to bake dog treats and I sell my dog biscuits at festivals. 100% of the profits from the sales of the bandanas and biscuits goes to animal rescues. Since November of 2017 I have raised and donated almost $7,000! I am hoping to reach $10,000 by the end 2020. Ziggy and I hope you love the bandanas as much as we do!
