Stephen M. Osbaldeston of Croydon, PA passed away peacefully on November 16, 2021, at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia surrounded by his loving family. He was 59. Born and raised in Liverpool, England. He has been a resident of Croydon for 32 years. Stephen was a retired veteran of the
