Rosie ❤️ Absolutely Stunning Collie

Meet Beli the Pomeranian! Accustomed to mom grooming her at home, Beli & mom decided to leave it to the professionals today.

Mom is totally smart in 5 powerful ways:
1. She communicated with the grooming team days before Beli's appointment, ensuring all details and grooming history was understood. She also entered notes on her New Client Form - not always needed, but always helpful. That means we can properly prepare for the appointment, make accommodations, address all concerns, and potentially make a special order for a bespoke request.

2. She selected the 8:00am appointment slot.
That means Beli was first in the day, Jack & Derrick just caffeinated with espresso, and foot traffic hasn't taken a full swing. Easy to find parking. Nice & quiet appointment for the pets. Near-instant coffee orders at ChocoLaté Coffee.

3. She showed up early to Beli's first appointment.
Now, we can't always intake early, but we sure can if you're the first appointment and Atlanta traffic is giving grace. This means Beli received extra love and attention before beginning, and extra pet grooming by means of time. (And mom receives brownie points for allowing us to start our Saturday early and remain ahead of schedule!)

4. She asked for before & after pictures.
We are happy to serve our clients. Lucky for mom, we were ready to make a video for Beli's appointment that day!

5. She picked up on time.
Traffic isn't always graceful, but it also isn't the only reason everyone is late. We take pride in having no added fees, including late drop-off/pickup and dematting fees.
