After a difficult decision due to current space and other circumstances, we will continue to pause taking in surrenders until next year until further notice. This means we won’t have available ferrets for adoption at this time. We realized we need to make sure we can juggle between ferrets and our new family accordingly and don’t want to over do it for ourselves until we know we can go back to normal!

We are however open for Boarding and Daycare, questions, etc! Please see our calendar before booking.

Meet Willie Nelson! Available for Adoption via our Adoption Assistance Program. This beautiful boy is around three years old. I’m gentle and laid back but still have plenty of energy to explore and play. I’ve been an only ferret and have had housemates and I am happy either way. I am most definitely not litter box trained or interested in using the same corner consistently…hey when ya gotta go ya gotta go. If you are interested in a cool companion and are patient with potty issues, please consider me!

Hi! I am Simba. I am a 9-month-old sweet boy, who really loves to play. I promise I will keep you smiling and laughing when you are around me. I enjoy checking things out and inspecting everything I can, including blankets! Speaking of, I am a huge snuggler too. I love anyone and look forward to meeting my new family.

We know it’s been awhile! Please remember while we are temporarily closed for surrenders, in-person adoptions and visits, we are still assisting in helping rehome ferrets! This is the same technique as if we were full and unable to take any ferrets in at that time. If you need to rehome, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Availability Changes!

We are now temporarily unavailable for all rescue visits, surrenders, etc until we are able to resume back to normal after our little one arrives. Please refer to our availability page on our website to keep up to date on those changes!

With this, we are still open to questions, ferret care help, and rehoming (please contact us for more information on rehoming as we will not be physically taking ferrets in, but rather assisting in getting them adopted)

Our Availability is subject to change as time goes on until next year, as we are not sure how fast I will heal, and how fast I am able to get back to the swing of things! In this case, we will be doing our absolute best to still help as much as possible.

With our new booking application, Booksy, we are enabling marketing emails to be sent out. These will include holiday closings, rescue updates, appointment reminders, special surprise for your birthday every year, and more! ✉️ You may also download Booksy to save our Rescue within the app to receive Push Notifications. (Online booking through Booksy is not available at this current time).

If you have been a client with us and would like to receive these emails, please contact us with your email (just in case we do not have it already) If you would like to receive an email for your Birthday, we will need that as well! 🎁

If you have not booked with us before and still would like to receive these emails, same as above, to contact us with your email you would like to be on file and your birthdate if desired. When contacting us, just make sure to let us know in the Subject or first Sentence and put “Email Notification Requests” so we know!

It's almost the weekend and we hope everyone has a safe 4th of July! We will be closed on July 3rd and 4th for the holiday and will resume as usual on the 5th!

Due to recent appointment no shows and no confirmation for appointments, we wanted to remind everyone how important it is to confirm your booking when we reach out! (Especially for Boarding/Daycare).

We will reach out 2 days prior to your booking date to confirm and will continue to reach out up to your booked date. If we do not get a final confirmation/response by your booking day, we do cancel and reach out once more to let you know. This reminder is also on our Boarding Tab on our website. Once canceled, it is final and we ask that you reschedule if needed. Do not show up without confirmation, as it’s possible we will not be available, won’t be home, etc. Due to us running the rescue out of our home, we take the dedication and time off of our schedule to be there especially when working around our own work schedules and plans to be available for you. When you don’t let us know you need to cancel, reschedule, etc, it prevents others from being able to book those days until the very last minute. We hope everyone understands the importance of appointment booking!

Just as a reminder! We do still have Pebbles and Bam Bam available! They are still looking to go to a great home who will enjoy them as much as we do.

Our newest pair, Dash and Jack Jack, are still in the waiting period but you can always submit an adoption form. Their photos and bios will be up shortly!

Albus has been showing signs of old age, and will not be available for adoption until we know we can go home to someone who is experienced with Senior Ferrets.

We are now announcing that my husband and I are expecting our little one to arrive in September this year! With this, we are going to be temporarily closed/unavailable for all rescue visits, adoptions, boarding, daycare, and surrenders for all of September and October, and parts of August, November, and December this 2022 year and will reopen as normal once I am back to health. We will not be answering text messages; only emails during these days so we are able to relax, however, responses can take up to a few weeks before you hear back from us if you do message us while we are closed. These dates are subject to change depending on my health and capabilities when the time gets closer. Please refer to our Appointment/Scheduling Availability page on our website for any changes and to see our up-to-date calendar. We appreciate the understanding and look forward to assisting you!

Update on the NYE Foster Ferret Personalities:
-----Pepe----- (Male, Blaze): Most curious of the business. Likes to stash balls.
-----Chuck----- (Male, Silver/White): Loves to do ferret war dance and play alot.
-----Bandit----- (Male, Dark Sable): Likes to climb shoulders looking for escape paths. Has an enlarged spleen, and litter box accuracy issues.
-----Misty----- (Female, Albino): Full of sass and plays with the boys. Can be a bit mouthy with hands.
-----Samantha----- (Female, Dark-Eyed White): Enjoys cuddling and playing with the business. Is deaf and has adrenal disease (first implant 1/20/22). Likes to stash balls.
-----Jake----- (Male, Sable): Gives the best kisses and a very mellow guy.
-----Sonny----- (Male, Champagne/Cinnamon): Big boy (3.2lbs) who is very mellow and sweet.

Our goal is to keep as many as possible together as it has become apparent over the last 3 weeks, they are all pretty bonded together. They have been together since they were brought home from the pet store. We have been tracking who hangs out the most, and no sub-groups have emerged.

If you are interested in Adopting the whole group, we would love to talk. If you are interested in adopting 5, 4, 3, or 2 we will be prioritizing adopters based on group size.

At this time, we will stop the waiting list process, unless there is one for an available ferret (more than one person submits an adoption form for a ferret), as it had started to spring up issues with causing the adoption process for a ferret to be slower. With this, we encourage you to keep an eye on our website and social to see when the next available ferret will come in and those who are/have been on that list, will stay unless you do not reply, then you will be removed. We appreciate the understanding!

As we are gaining more followers and interests, here is what our adoption process looks like:

1. Submit Adoption Form via our website
2. Get approved for adoption
3. Make an appointment to visit the ferret
4. Take home ferret that day or can receive no more than 24 hours to make a decision.
5. Sign any additional paperwork/take home papers and your new family member!
