I hate to have to address it, but it has happened to me multiple times now and I'm going to have to change the way I do things. I go out of my way alot and deliver or meet in different places for no extra charge but I will no longer be dropping off orders at places of employment or anywhere without you present if payment is not sent up front via paypal, venmo or cash app. I will not deliver and expect people to pay later and be honest. To my current customers that I deliver to weekly that pay in person or at the time of drop off even it is through someone else at your workplace leaving the money for me this does not apply to you! I really have tried my best to keep from having to require payment up front on no contact orders and work with people and trust them to pay later but my time, money, supplies, ingredients, and gas is important too and I have never charged extra for delivering or had a problem with delivering before payment was made but this has now become an issue. From now on if you are meeting me in person cash or payment app is fine but any other way outside of seeing you will require money up front. I've lost money on several large orders and been taken advantage of. I'm just forced at this point to change how I do it. Surely it is understandable. Thank you so much to everyone who has supported me and has continued to be repeat customers and shared you doggies with me! ❤️
