Home of Nationally ranked and accomplished Vizslas & Brittanys. We are a high end breeder breeding for quality NOT quantity.

Dzika Place Kennels is an AKC Breeder of Merit in Vizslas and Brittanys. Our pups are our family and we do our best to place them in the best, most loving homes possible. We breed for: health, temperament, trainability, and dual purpose of field and show ability. Many pups finish their show championships, many excel in the field, and some even become Nationally recognized and competitive. However,

at the end of the day knowing that pup is healthy, happy, and loved makes us sleep at night. PLEASE NOTE- We are NOT for everyone and this is another reason which makes our pups so special. We are very selective about our homes and often times have a waitlist. Our pups compared to others is like comparing a Mercedes to a Toyota. They simply aren't the same quality. You get what you pay for. The second of the 💦💨Elements🔥🌿 went to her new home.
🔥❤️Fire❤️🔥 now known as Maple, will be just an hour away and will spend her days playing with her big vizsla sister, hunting birds in the field, & keeping her owners on their toes!

Y’all know we are suckers for happy stories! 🥰

This little girl has one…
When she was 2 weeks old, we had a health scare that nearly took her life from us. It required several trips to the vet, feedings every 2 hours, & extensive round the clock care. 2 weeks of stress, stress, & more stress, of barely sleeping, of praying, & of fighting and… WE DID IT- SHE MADE IT! ❤️🙌

Did we bruise some egos along the way?
Yep- & we don’t regret it because our advocating got her the attention she needed. Had we not acted when/how we did, we would’ve lost her.

Her story is one of the many reflecting that breeding is NOT easy & not for the faint of heart.

While many other breeders would have put her down due to the amount of work, time, & money her care needed, we advocated for her. Our puppies are part of our hearts too, they are NOT just numbers.

Prior to leaving our home, we did extensive testing to ensure Maple was as healthy as can be. She received a perfectly clean bill of health. She’s tough, full of s***k, & life! 😃 🙌

It has taken me a few days to post as it’s been an exhausting emotional last few days. Sadly, late Tuesday evening, at a day old, we lost our fighter puppy. He was significantly smaller than his siblings, but man, he fought hard. Given his short time with us, our original litter theme, just didn’t seem right without him. To honor how hard he fought, we wanted a theme to represent just how strong these puppies are:

Puppies bred by us are taught the beginning stages of potty training. Notice how ALL 7 pups don’t just run to the door, but they make it to the grass! Good puppies! 👏👏👏

8 weeks already?! It feels like just yesterday these beautiful pups were born!! Now they are getting ready to start their new adventures with their new families.
