Michael has been one of our toughest cases at Kitten Around Cat Rescue.
He's been with us since he was a baby, and has become one of our shyest, most scared, hide-away kitties...
Until something changed.
Now, he's curious, cautious, and actively starting to seek interaction and play.
This shy boy is blossoming day by day, and learning to enjoy the good things in life. Do you have the patience and love to bring Mikey to his full potential?

Here at KACR, we believe in second chances. And this kitty is the perfect example.
She came through the rescue and was put to a working program, but recently had a change of heart and decided that humans may not be so bad.
Now, she's making biscuits like a pro, and friends wherever she goes... Which is what we hope for every cat that comes through the door.

Samson received some company today!
Midnight, Ravyn (6w), and Bailey (5w) came down to the rescue today, to see if they'd accept Samson (2w) as a member of their little family.
Bailey has already cuddled Samson, and Ravyn got busy with playing!
Tonight came with a surprise!
We've been estimating Bailey to be around 3/3.5 weeks old, and fed accordingly.
Well... apparently he decided that wasn't good enough! He dove face-first into Mama Midnight's dinner. 😂
"A baby was found, alone, in a drive through parking lot..."
Words that can be terrifying to a rescue operator - especially when you don't have any active nursing mothers, and no guarantee that any cat in your care will accept an orphan... Doubly so when the only mother in your care is a feral who hisses at the sight of humans.
Thankfully, miss Midnight, who tragically lost her babies, found a child of her soul tonight in sweet Bailey.
And in addition to that child, a brand new personality - purring and chirping at us, basking in the joy of being given a baby! She's even welcoming scritches to her chin, cheeks, and massaging her belly!
Tomorrow we'll place a call to the location Bailey was found, in case more babies turn up.
