Good afternoon Playful Pet community.. My name is Amanda Myers and I have completely taken over for Bri. We are buying/transitioning and y’ll have been so great, and understanding during all this. Most of you know that I apprenticed under Bri for 6 months and have over a thousand on line training hours. I have extended the boarding to a second location in Cooper. I am so excited and am looking forward to this next chapter in mine and my family’s lives.!

Hey peeps bad news:
A dog knocked my knee out of socket on Thursday evening. after 7-9 minutes it popped back in and I knew it felt different from the few times my knee cap has popped out of place naturally. But… I mean I wouldn’t have guessed chipped bone. I have a chipped petella and a chipped feamur. “Wow that dog must’ve hit you pretty darn hard!!”-the Doctor. Nothing floating in there no surgery nessary at this time (thank my lucky stars!) but I will be on 6 weeks of bed rest. Drs orders. I’m not sure what this means for everything here at playful pets moving forward. A lot of you may know I have been lining up a sale of my business. As things become clearer with that here I/we will let you know more.

Hey folks! Not dog related; my aloe plant has an abundance of babies and I’ve just seperated them all and am repotting them so their roots arnt so suffocated. Anyone want an aloe plant baby? They’re free!!!!

Kali is a 1 year old Decker Terrier. At 24lbs and a bundle of sweet energy, she looking for an active pet parent that likes to go for daily walks, play games of fetch, go on mountain hikes, and who also wants a loyal best friend.

Kali is house trained, crate trained, knows all of her basic commands, loves to snuggle next to you on the couch, and play with her toys.

Kali would be best in a home without small children. She LOVES other dogs, but has shown some signs of resource guarding and a multi-dog home may not be the best fit.
