Although we missed our goal of 2,000 push ups by a long shot, we totaled 465 push ups! We collected $160 in donations. Our generous donor that initially agreed to match $.05 per push up was able to instead match $.21 per push up and donate an additional $100 to this event, putting us at $260 total. That’s pretty awesome and we are feeling incredibly grateful! 💜

It seems like anytime we are about to need supplies, you all somehow know.
🐶When we first took Mason in, one of our amazing supporters donated bowls and a crate.
🐶Right before we first took Michael in, we had an amazing supporter collect donations of sheets, blankets, towels, pillows, wet food, and more!
🐶Right before we took Mason in a second time, one of our amazing supporters graciously donated her late pup’s beds and other goodies!
🐶Right before we took Steve in, another amazing supporter donated so much stuff from her late pup– beds, babygate, a crate, toys, wet food, treats, bandanas, filtered water stations, bowls, and even more!
🐶As we took Steve in, you all not only stepped up in helping him out with puppy food, but we also just received a generous donation of toys from an amazing Poopy Doo’s supporter!

🚨Steve-a-Rooni pupdate! 🚨
We’ve had Steve a little over a week now, and he has really come out of his shell!
🐶Steve is super playful in the mornings and loves to start games of chase and wrestling with his foster siblings, mainly his brother.
🚶🏼♀️He loooves his morning walks! He is not a big fan of having to wait his turn, so we have promoted him to the first walker of the day.
🐾Steve is a bit clumsy which is absolutely adorable.
🥰 He is a huge snuggler, especially when I first get home from work.
🙃 Steve has discovered that he can somehow jump our baby gate; however, he has been doing great roaming the house. He really just lays around with his foster siblings and has found his favorite napping spot to be in the windowsill (Peep the screenshot of our camera today)!
😴 Dylan and Steve both sleep right next to their foster mom every night.
💜He goes by Steve, Steve-a-Rooni, Steve Roon, Rooni,and occasionally, Steve-O.
🐶🐾💜 Overall, Steve is just a big old goofball! He is such a good dog that just needed some love and patience to allow him to come out of his shell and show his true colors.

How my feet have been looking the last couple of days…🐶💜😭
Steve has really started coming out of his shell over the last 24 hours!
🦴He has started chewing on bones and toys.
😴He’s started sleeping upstairs with all of us.
🐶🐶🐶🐶This morning, he initiated play with his foster siblings and boy is he fast! He and Dylan are currently in an entertaining game of keep away with their toys.
💜He is almost always near me when I am home, constantly laying on my feet.
🥰He loves receiving love once he warms up to you and is a huge snuggle buddy.
💩We’ve had only a couple of accidents but they’ve been the human’s fault.
🚶🏼♀️He walked well on a leash this morning with a little bit of training.
This sweet boy is some how still available for adoption! 🤯

So I lied… I am posting tonight 😂 Things are going incredibly well with Steve and our pack. He is the first foster we have been able to have with all of our dogs at once on the first night.
