🌟 Aurora Update! 🌟

I’m so excited to share that Aurora, the sweet standard poodle I placed in her new home, is absolutely THRIVING! 🐩💖 Her new family is giving her all the love and care she deserves, and it’s clear she’s settled in beautifully. From enjoying long runs, to cozying up for cuddle time, Aurora is living her best life.

Seeing her so happy and well-adjusted is everything I could have hoped for. It’s always a joy to see our dogs flourish in their forever homes. Thank you to Aurora’s family for giving her such a wonderful life! 🏡✨

🎉 Huge congratulations to Mia and her amazing dog, Emme, for their incredible success at the Cleveland All Breed Training Club Scentwork Trial! 🐾💥

These two have put in so much hard work, and it really paid off as they showcased their exceptional teamwork and scent detection skills. 🐕‍🦺👃 We couldn’t be more proud of their dedication and the bond they share!

What you see is a on a grooming table. What I see is hours of training to prepare a very scared dog for a positive experience and a who did everything she could to help make this a good experience for Elsa.

Elsa came to me for training to work on a variety of issues that all stemmed from fear and insecurity. We worked on building her confidence, establishing clear communication and boundaries and today she had her first professional groom in 4 years!

With summer in full swing, don’t let ticks ruin your fun! Prevention is the first line of defense, but if you find yourself or your pet with a nasty little visitor here are some tips for safe removal:
1: Use a pair of tweezers to pull the tick straight out. Grip firmly, as close to the skin as possible.
2. Clean the bite area with warm soapy water
3. Apply an antibiotic ointment.
4. Watch for signs of illness
5. If you are able to save the tick, drop it into a sealed container or plastic bag with a cotton ball of rubbing alcohol. Saving the tick allows you to test it later if your dog shows signs of illness.

As with anything else, if you are unsure or your pet is displaying symptoms of illness please see immediate veterinary care.

Kepler is a wonderfully sweet boy with a bouncy puppy attitude. He is un phased by noises, and distractions and has the drive to do performance sports or service work. He will thrive in a home with a handler who will provide him an outlet for his energy. Kepler is available through his breeder MyTyme Kennels or approved to enter the service dog program with us.
