11 am to 4 pm - Friday and Saturday.

We are closed on Sundays and all major Holidays.

IN NEED OF A HOME: We recently rescued 4 little dogs, all right around 10 lbs, from a hoarding situation where the last count on dogs was 23. The dogs were evicted and had 5 days to get out. Several rescues stepped up and all dogs got to safety. We received 3 females and 1 male. No one had been spayed or neutered and all dogs ran together. No one had received any vaccinations but were surprisingly in decent shape. They have adjusted well to their new living conditions (despite these sad looking faces) and are now ready to find their true forever home. We think they're all probably Chihuahua type mixes which means they're little and LOVE to cuddle...you might want to consider two!

Today’s the day, friends. has arrived, and our shelter is packed with whiskers, wet noses, and big hopeful eyes. Some of the dogs are excited for a romping in the fresh snow while others are...less thrilled. (We're sure you know what we mean! 😉) Either way, today we encourage everyone to help your community today in some way. No grand gesture necessary—just a little kindness with a big ripple effect. **UPDATE 11/25/25 @ 3 P.M.: Brandi has been ADOPTED!

**ADOPTED*: Brandi is a 6 year old female German Shepherd who found herself homeless when her owner passed away. Brandi was well cared for all of her life, living the pampered life of a dog well loved. She is confused why she now sits in a shelter and needs to get back into a home where she feels safe, protected and loved. She has liked everyone she has met and is a happy dog with a tail that wags often. She is playful and fetches toys and will bring them back. She knows sit and down and enjoys being brushed. Brandi weighs 60 lbs. but needs to put on about 5 lbs.

PUPPIES FOR ADOPTION: Three cute puppies coming your way! Straight off the kids menu, we have Piggy Pancake, Tic Tac Toast, and Turkey Lurkey! Two females and one male and an approximate birth date of September 19, making them 9 weeks old. Happy, loving and cuddly, they are ready to join your family for the holiday festivities! We are guessing they will weigh in the mid-40's when full grown. Apply today so you can "eat up" these adorable puppies!

HAPPY NEWS: YAY! After 2 years, 5 months and 14 days, BeeJay has found his home. How such an awesome dog sat here that long is mind boggling. A dog that loves adults, kids, cats, and other dogs. You couldn't get much more perfect and now he has a perfect family to love him! Thanks for adopting this big hunk of love!

AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION: Delilah is a 3 year old female Boxer mix that needs a new home with plenty of love to go around. She came to us weighing 34.6 lbs. and was so flea infested they were sucking the life right out of her. Today she weighs 61.2 lbs. After having been starved to almost half of her body weight, she is a happy dog and loves to play with other dogs. She loves kids and adults and does not seem to care about the cats as she has been out and about with ours here. She never potties in her kennel, even when holding it for 12 hours overnight. She loves attention and will stand with you as long as you keep letting her know she is the best girl in the whole world. Let's make sure Delilah gets the home she needs, wants and deserves.
