North Road Homestead Farm, LLC

With the purchase of our 1838 Underground Railroad home and carriage barn in 2001, we never anticipated that we would have fully revived it to be be not only a beautiful home for our family to grow and make memories, but to bring back to life a fully functioning farm. This past summer we obtained 2 orphaned Lamancha goats with really no intention of having them as anything other than pets, and to

give the barn some life. To date, we have restored the barn and are moving forward with obtaining more goats in hopes to go into milk production and cheese making. Yes we see chèvre in our future:) we will be adding hens and at least one alpaca as well. We are not sure where this will go but we have created this page for you to follow our journey and share in the joy that our little farm brings to us.
