Each bag supports people with disabilities. At Finley’s, we think you can learn a lot from pets. That simple lesson has become our greater purpose.

Our Story

Founded in 2016, Finley’s is a premium pet brand bringing inclusion to the pet industry. We dedicate 50% of net profits to employment, health & wellness, and community engagement initiatives for people with disabilities around the country.

Co-founders Angie and Kyle Gallus recognized a need to engage pet consumers about healthy alternatives to traditional pet treat options. As two former special education teachers, they saw an opportunity to empower people through an employment model that connects people and pets. Finley's provides paid work experience opportunities to people with disabilities through our Brand Ambassador Initiative. Brand Ambassadors gain critical work, social, and financial skills to build their independence and confidence with the goal of each person gaining the tools for employment in their community.
